Immediate boarding for the Amalfi Coast! This restaurant located on the port of Beaulieu has a divine name since Ambrosia means the food of the Gods! The chef, Gregory Marro, a lover of seafood and Italy, has chosen to offer authentic Italian cuisine: generous antipasti, a selection of fish prepared as ceviche, generous meats, not to mention pasta and pizzas. Special mention for the suckling pig confit, cooked at a low temperature, melting to perfection. On the sweet side, we let ourselves be tempted by the incredible baba!

Bonjour , nous avons été très bien accueilli et accompagner tout au long du repas . Je trouve que le prix des desserts est assez cher ou alors préciser aux clients qu’ils sont pour deux personnes en fin de repas ! Connaissant très bien la Côte Amalfitaine , il dommage en finissant une belle soirée passée chez vous à Ambrosia qu’il ne soit pas offert un vrai limoncello de cette belle région ! Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation.
