Both a traditional restaurant, in existence since 1902, and a sushi/maki specialist, this establishment offers recipes based on quality and seasonal products, while the know-how is passed on from generation to generation. As for sushi, it is the master Ming and his wife who prepare Japanese specialities every day before the eyes of the customers. The welcome is warm and friendly, and a smile and humour are de rigueur. A smart place!
