Closed - Open to 10h00

Gilles Joannet is a liquorist craftsman located in Arcenant. The trip is worth a visit and we advise you to visit this passionate person directly on his property. This simple and benevolent man will be happy to explain his work, answer your questions and offer you a tasting session. His company has been operating since 1984 and its products have already received numerous medals (five gold medals since 2008 and two awards of excellence in 2013 and 2014). What we love above all is the cream of cassis 20%. The specialists are not mistaken because they awarded him the Gold Medal 2015 as it was in 2012. It's not too sweet, it's greedy and it's unbeatable, it's the best aroma of the cassis and tastes almost alone. Gilles Joannet also offers liqueur of apricot, cherry, melon, sugar beet, pissenbed flower, pruning, cynorrhodonation or tomato. He even manufactures milk liquor or coing. Finally, let us know that he is taking the fruit himself in hedges. For more information, please visit our website. Gilles Joannet can ship his creams and liqueurs and his products are available in some (good) wine cellars of the region.

The Domaine du Clos Saint-Louis was founded in 1918 by the Bernard family… For five generations, the family has been serving the most famous beverage in the region, which takes all its nobility letters to Fixin. Today, it is Philippe, Oenology and President of the defense union of Fixin, and his wife Martine, who manage the domain and make it discover. It sits at the foot of a seventeenth century building and this is where everything is done: fermentation, cooking, bottling, labeling,… Steps to discover the owners while you can, in a cellar decorated with old tools, taste one of the twelve wines offered. Wines that are the fruit of 19 hectares of vine in Burgundy, Marsannay, Fixin, Fixin Premier Cru, Côte de Nuits village and Gevrey-Chambertin… We were able to taste a very good Fixin "Clos between two Velles" in 2013 and next time we won't pass next to the 2013 Fixin 1 st Cru Cru. In addition, Le Clos Saint-Louis offers white wines and even a Cremant; at all reasonable prices. True know-how for authentic wines!

3 reviews

It is since 2010 that Colin Seguin, a breeder-breeder, recognized for his excellent value for money, has its wine tasting cellar in Nights-Saint-Georges. Ideally located at the northern entrance of the city, the cellar contains all the treasures of the House, and a free wine tasting can be enjoyed. All bottles are labeled Colin Seguin, from the most beautiful Villages to the most famous Grands Crus. The house Colin Seguin, born in business activity, evolves towards a domain structure. Some vineyards are already on property, but above all the house buys either grapes, or must, or ready-to-eat parts, ten every year to the sale of the wines of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The winery's wine cellar optimizes the wine cellars and livestock in the cellars and cellars Nuitonnes. The year 2013 was an important year in the evolution of the house Colin Seguin because it started taking this profile of owner-trader-trader to master the process of developing its wines, a evolution to be seen absolutely by the rediscovery of its appellations.

It all started with a love story. Suzanne met Pierre, they got married and had many children. Three to be precise: Maxime, Romain and Pierre-Marie. Three brothers who seemed destined to take over the family estate in Couchey. But even if you have this gift in your blood, being a winegrower cannot be improvised. And that is the character of the Derey family: pugnacity, research and a visceral attachment to a terroir and its fruit. Being young winemakers is their strength, and it is by respecting the soil of their ancestors that they revisit this dusty, old school Burgundy that they love so much. The moral of the story? Love (of wine) always wins.

BRASSERIE LA ROTEUSE

What a charming little name for this brewery created by two friends, Batiste Buret and Antoine Coitoux, both beer lovers! After many years of research they have together found THE ideal recipe, finally the one that meets their expectations. The Roteuse Blonde was thus born in Burgundy, based on malts, hops and also blackcurrant buds. Another originality, the yeast used is that of Crémant. A true Burgundian beer whose brewery took its name and is located in Brochon commune adjoining Gevrey-Chambertin. The labels are made by Marie Capriata, a painter and illustrator from the region. Street art and rock'n'roll style. Our advice: Stop by the Brewery to discover the 4 beers in the catalogue, the Blonde, the Mousse rousse and the P'tite Soeur brune. And to meet a demand for light beer, the Can is born with this time a yeast in Ale, a 4.5° blonde. The Brasserie La Roteuse already produces 450 hl packaged in 33 and 75 cl bottles and in barrels (loan of filler for associations). They're very good!

A field? Yes, but not that… a whole chapter in the history of Burgundy! The Clos de Tart was founded in 1141 and its plot of 7.53 hectares was never broken. And because of that, only three different owners possessed this domain. Since 1932 to the Mommessin family, it offers exceptional wines: The Tart Forge first believed with the 2014, 2011, or 2008 cups, or the grand cru Clos de Tart, spearhead of the domain, which joins the chambertines, the richebourgs or the musignys for its depth. A great name of Morey-Saint-Denis in a beautiful setting with a cellar of the seventeenth century and a cellar of the middle of the nineteenth century.

Domaine Michel Noëllat has existed since the th century… So it is 6 generations that the family lives for wine! This is to tell you if they have experience. An experience they use to give us a taste of fine wines made with attention to detail. The area covers 27 ha for 23 appellations with Grands Crus such as Clos de Vougeot, Echezeaux; First Crus with the Savigny-lès-Beaune,… and village names whose names make lovers of good wines Pommare, Vosne-Romanée and many others since the parcels of the estate are spread from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte de Beaune. It's huge but Alain and Jean-Marc Noëllat turned to the rational culture and harvest is carried out by hand for the production of fruity wines to wish, of a very high quality, rather reserved for safekeeping. The masters of the places are appealing and the rest assured with Sophie and Sebastien. The reception is warm, the tasting cellar is superb and the wines are remarkable.

Located at the top of the village at a few steps of Napoleon's awakening, the Domaine de la Antiques property of the Joliet family since 1853 welcomes you. The Manoir built by the Monks of Cîteaux in the th century overlooks the vineyard of Fixin and the Saône Valley. The 5 ha of the Clos de Monopole closed at the gates of the Manoir to give one of the first 1 st believed fixin of fixin. Aware of this richness, Hyperplasia Joliet who works according to ancestral methods passed on for six generations has just taken a crucial step. He invested in a new cellar and modified some stages of his vinification to produce a wine in high quality. If the name will only be awarded in a decade, the quality is already recognized by the greatest sommelier. This underlined and well-deserved evolution is naturally reflected in a reputation, far beyond Burgundy. Paris wine merchants did not tompés it: This area is found in Hédiard, Lavinia, La Grande Groceries, and J. Robuchon in Paris!

In this way, it offers a wide choice of delicacies sold at a single price, which can be quoted as choco-cassis, which consists of a black chocolate foam and a casculoos foam, and the foam foam to the caramel and pears, apples and cinnamon that will delight you! The map evolves with the seasons and offers the best. Chocolate side, if black black bears bring back to childhood the others offer beautiful discoveries with, for example, chocolates from Madagascar or Venezuela. For a good time, go to the tea room which is comfortable and allows you to taste good things with a tea selected among 90 references. Finally, the Bourau pastry offers you a e-shop on its site! One of the inescapable areas of Gevrey-Chambertin, this house already existed in the 1730 s. The area covers 18 ha, with 5 grands crus covering 2/3 of the vineyards, Chambertin, Latricières-Chambertin, Charms-Chambertin, Mazis-Chambertin, Mazoyères-Chambertin and 1/3 in the name Gevrey-Chambertin. In a reasoned culture, the Domaine Camus develops the use of natural fertilizers and minimizes that of weed. The harvest is of course manual, with enamelled vats and screw presses in oak barrels which can vary from 18 months to 24 months. Remarkable, 90% of bottles are encirées, tradition but also response to customer demand! Last but not least, the policy of very…' reasoned'prices. The prices offered for a year, are for life, even an old vintage remains at the price of the year. An amazing address for the quality and prices of its Grands Crus. Since 2011, Domaine Pierre Gelin is located in new buildings at Fixin's entrance, designed to streamline the operation of the estate, it's all its image that benefits and there's something! The modern building houses 600 m² cellars dedicated to the production of wines and their storage. The beautiful state-of-the-art winery can be seen from a small doorstep accessible by lift. The visit is exciting and the wine cellar is magnificent. Founded in 1925, the estate covers 13 ha between Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. Stéphen Gelin, assisted by his son Pierre-Emmanuel, began a biological conversion planning to work the vines in biodynamic. A policy aimed at improving the wines' quality which must be emphasized. The estate produces Aligotés, Bourgognes Rouges, Fixin, Fixin Premier Cru, "Clos Napoléon" or "Les Hervelets", but also the Gevrey Premier Crus and Gevrey Grand Crus including the famous Clos de Bèze…. Wines valued by major Parisian restaurants and even Japanese one.

At the beginning, there are Member of Parliament Etienne Camuzet, who, at the beginning of the th century, enlarges the domain and assistant to the most lavish names including a plot of clos. The man was the last owner of the castle before leaving it to the brotherhood of the Knights of Tastevin. A happy legacy, the vines then pass to the Méo family. Jean Méo worked in Paris in the departments, managed the marketing of wine. He eventually returned to the field, soon assisted by his son Jean-Nicolas and Christian Faurois. The 14 ha that now constitute the family vineyard are ideally located. In addition to the 2,9 ha in clos-de-vougeot, vosne-romanée, night-saint-georges and corton are recorded in heritage.
