The Gachot-Monot domain has been run since 1993 by Damien Gachot but its history dates back to 1890. So it's the fifth generation to take care of the vine. It extends over 14 hectares and is mainly planted in black pinot. The area can be proud to present three first raw wines: Chambolle-musigny first cru Les Comboots, chambolle-musigny first cru Plants and nights-saint-Georges first cru Les Poulettes, but also village-nights, among others. The area also offers a few white wines and a creamy Burgundy. To acquire these wines, go to the domain or to one of the many distributors worldwide.
