This family estate estate of 4,5 ha was taken over by Stéphane (fourth generation, son of Jean-Paul). The property covers three communes: Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin, from the village to the grands crus, the first vintages, and the aligoté and grain. The land has never experienced weed. The practice of labour forced the roots of the vine to descend deep into the ground to draw a large typical from the land. The harvest is manual to allow a sorting from the vine. The wine-making industry is also traditional. The cuvaison lasts two good weeks, punctuated by pigeages and pumping. Breeding between 14 and 24 months according to AOC is made in oak barrels. In general, the wines in the field are neither glued nor filtered. The aim of these artisan craftsmen is to respect the integrity, the delicacy of the wine, which is worth many rewards. The grand cru closed-saint-Denis draws on every aspect.
