The specialty of Sète is the Tielle, which came with the first Italian immigrants from Gaëte to the Bay of Naples in 1850. If you are passing through Sète, you must absolutely taste it. At this address, one of the undisputed masters of the tielle displays this small (or large) orange-red pie whose soft dough, worked with olive oil, contains a filling of octopus, tomato and spices... a delight! You can also find mussel turnovers, seafood cocas and excellent pizzas or pissaladières.

The hillside wine growers of Alaric came together to create this sales point where you can savour fine wines from local producers at very reasonable prices. Christophe, son of Roger Paradis, has taken over the adventure begun by his father. Located in a ^16th-century farmhouse surrounded by garrigue, the Paradis mill produces an atypically fragrant AOC Nîmes olive oil. The olive varieties it crushes come exclusively from the local terroir. In addition to AOC olive oil, we also offer single-variety picholine, négrette, bouteillan, aglandau and old-fashioned oil. A guided tour is available by appointment from April to October to discover the secrets of the mill.

Located in a charming village in the middle of nowhere, the Aulas family farm raises and processes ducks and ostriches. The shop, located below the house, is worth a visit: a long vaulted room where boxes of pâtés, rillettes, stuffed necks, foies gras and stuffed aiguillettes, dried duck breast or duck sausages, but also ostrich pâtés and cooked dishes are displayed. The welcome is lovely and you can fill your basket with great pleasure. The open days in the summer are very popular. You get to know the ostriches and llamas.

Mas Foulaquier is steeped in history dating back to the year 1000, with archives dating back to 1445.
