The Corrida, as its name does not indicate since there is a tendency to believe in a bullfighting event, is a night run organized for the past two years at the end of November in Puy-en-Velay. Several features distinguish this race from the others. The first, it is open and accessible to all because its course is less than 8 kilometres long and crosses the city of Le Puy on a flat track. Children can choose between a 1 or 2.5 km course. The second is that everyone is invited to dress up. Transformed into a "voie verte", this former railroad line offers an ideal setting for a pleasant bike ride, guiding you from Brives-Charensac to Solignac-sur-Loire (850 m above sea level). Spread over 13.8 km, the gentle 2% gradient makes for an easy ascent. You'll cross a 184 m viaduct and five illuminated tunnels, some of which are up to 1.5 km long, creating impressive and refreshing zones in summer. The route offers views of the Loire Valley, Mont Mézenc and Mont Meygal.

Located below the village of Berbezit, the pond is the ideal place to fish (trout and carp), picnic or observing aquatic plants (prêles, sedge) and dragonflies. The Rochers de la Miramande offer a sublime setting for Via Ferrata enthusiasts, with exceptional views over the Allier gorges. Between walking and climbing, three routes are available, two relatively accessible (the green and red) and one more difficult (the black). These routes, with their south-facing exposure, involve more climbing on rock than on rungs. Each route takes just under two hours. To reach the site, follow the signs after passing through Saint-Jean-Lachalm.

This climbing site is undoubtedly one of the most popular in the Haute-Loire, not least because of the diversity of its walls and its easy accessibility. After a 10-minute walk, you'll reach the site, which offers no fewer than 49 routes. A dedicated beginners' area is also available. The other routes are suitable for all climbing enthusiasts, the longest stretching for around 30 meters. From the summits, you can enjoy views of Mont Mézenc.

On the heights of Montusclat, "in all directions" is a family walk of just over a kilometer where three playful "workshops" tell us a little more about the geology of the region: Pierriscope (view of the juices), Pierrotactile (the volcanic stones) and Pierrason (the singing of the phonolite).
