By promoting food and craft products, as well as recycled items, this association defends the rights of producers, particularly in the southern hemisphere. You will be staying in the old straw loft of a still working farm which can accommodate up to 5 people (two double beds and an extra bed). It has been refurbished and soberly decorated, allowing you to immerse yourself in the life of the farm if you feel like it, but also has its own private entrance. Francine and Jean-Claude Lefranc raise cows and process dairy products: you can enjoy delicious fresh cheeses or fruit cheeses, chocolate mousse and the famous libouli tarts.

The Maison Chochois butcher's shop is located on the first floor, with a bay window and a real laboratory where you can see the artisanal work being carried out. Traditional, locally-sourced meats are used to avoid carbon footprints, with seasonal preparations. The meats are matured on site, and the butcher's shop offers charcuterie and delicatessen dishes prepared by the restaurant. The traditional and artisanal distillery of Houlle, awarded at the 2019 World Gin Awards with the title of "best jenever in the world", is one of only two remaining genevereries in France. This brandy, typical of the Hauts-de-France region, is made from a subtle blend of cereals flavoured with juniper berries. It has been made in the same way since 1812: from the granary to the sandstone jug, through the still and the oak barrel, you can follow the steps of distillation during the guided tour and a small tasting.

Keen to offer products with exceptional taste properties and to preserve the planet's resources, they prefer coffee from organic farming or with labels attesting to respect for the environment. In addition, they ensure that producers are properly remunerated. In other words, quality coffee that's good for the planet and good for society!

Brasserie Du Goulot offers quality beers, crafted by master brewers. The ingredients are carefully selected to guarantee a delicately hopped and aromatic beer. The brewery also emphasizes proximity and conviviality, adapting its recipes and beers to the local area. In addition to on-site tastings, guided tours can be booked or the premises can be privatized. The brasserie also offers delivery services, but does not offer takeaway meals. Brasserie Du Goulot also emphasizes its ecological values, using returnable bottles, recycled cardboard and donating brewing residues to local farmers. The Champagne Terroir Expérience association is made up of 10 independent winegrowers who share their passion for 100% terroir champagnes made with respect for nature and tradition, and open the doors of their boutique in Vieux-Lille. Brasserie La Risquette is a microbrewery offering a wide selection of craft beers. As a harvest brewer, they use part of their farm's grain to produce their beers. The brewery produces around 24,000 liters a year, equivalent to around 30,000 bottles. As well as distributing their products through various outlets, they also welcome visitors to their bar for tours and on-site tastings. However, it is important to note that the brewery does not offer a delivery service, but does offer a drive-through service.

The site also has a parking lot, although this is not guarded, so it's advisable not to leave anything of value in your vehicle.

Les Vins Gourmands is open until 7:30pm and offers free wine tastings in private homes throughout the Nord Pas-de-Calais region. They specialize in rare vintages and vins de garde, and also offer home delivery.
