In the fresh produce section, you'll find a wide choice of foie gras terrines, duck sausages, pâtés, magrets, thighs... all straight from farms in Vendée, Gers or Alsace. Authentic local flavors! In fact, when you talk to the two young associates, you'll learn that Alsace is the region where foie gras was born, before the South-West appropriated the know-how. In the North, we don't make foie gras, but now we know a good place to get it!
