Both born in families with strong viticultural traditions, Marie and Mathias, the current owners, are both trained oenologists and travelers at heart. Located in Sermiers, a village classified as Premier Cru, the Domaine, which has existed for 4 generations, has a vineyard of 6.5 hectares worked in sustainable viticulture in order to respect the richness of the earth. Run to discover their 8 champagnes of character and their ratafia.

Founded in 1920, the Domaine is now run by Vincent Gobert, the^{4th generation} of RM. Located in Romery, the 2 ha of vines are meticulously cared for on a daily basis. 6 characterful cuvées make up the house's range. A particular highlight is the Fût n'en Bulles cuvée and the giant 12 m-high bottle that the owners have built with their own hands to leave you with memorable souvenirs of your tasting. You can also enjoy their "Bas du Cru" gîte and their "Lou Champaîgnat" bed and breakfast. A magical place!

Founded in 1929, this company is above all a beautiful love story, that of a man, Léopold Orban, devoted to his land. In his village, this pioneer of champagnization opened up the fields of possibility and gave life to a line of passionate artisan winemakers. Francis is now at the helm of this beautiful estate. The vineyard enjoys a microclimate ideal for growing Meunier, the estate's flagship grape variety. Genuine and smiling, Francis produces a range of 6 carefully-crafted gourmet cuvées. His favorite is Orbane.

On the terroir of the Côte des Bar, in Celles-sur-Ource, this beautiful family of wine growers and handlers cultivates a vineyard of 5 hectares planted on clay-limestone soils and enjoys an ideal exposure. The vines of pinot noir, chardonnay, meunier and pinot blanc are worked with love and requirement since 3 generations. An ancestral and complex know-how transmitted since 1973 allows to elaborate balanced and fruity Champagne wines. To be discovered !

Even as a child, Benoît spent his time in the vineyard and winery alongside his ancestors. He was soon imbued with the smells and gestures passed down from generation to generation. Today, as a harvester-co-operator, he cultivates 1.60 ha at Cuis. Low dosage, low sulfur and aged on lees for 3 to 10 years, 5 fine Grand Cru champagnes are waiting to be discovered: Bélémite Brut Nature, Blandélice Brut Nature Millésime, Brut Blanc de Blancs, Brut Rose de Blancs and Paul-Antoine, a mature wine revealing candied fruit and licorice fragrances. You'll love it!

Today, Quentin, the^5th generation, runs the estate. The 3.80-hectare vineyard, made up of a mosaic of 29 parcels, extends over 2 Premier Cru villages: Sacy and Chamery. Year after year, the estate is committed to a growing eco-responsible approach to preserving the environment.

A range of 8 cuvées and a ratafia to discover. Our favorite is the Blanc de Noirs, a well-structured wine with delicate notes of wild fruit!

Located on the southern slopes of Épernay, this charming family business cultivates 3 hectares of vines spread over 4 communes. Since 1995, Lionel Lahaye and his wife have been at the helm of the estate. During your visit, the duo will not fail to make you discover the ancestral gestures that have been passed on to them, such as the disgorging on the fly, which is still fascinating to observe. The couple produces 9 exceptional cuvées, including the divine Cuvée Nature.

HVE-certified, the vineyard is located on the southeastern slope of the Montagne de Reims, and is divided between the communes of Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Mutigny and Fontaine-sur-Aÿ. Each parcel of vines is cultivated using the "lutte raisonnée" method, to respect the balance between the vines and their ecosystem. Every action is carefully thought out to preserve the full organoleptic potential of their grape varieties. The range comprises 5 wines: a Brut, a Rosé, a Blanc de Blancs and a Noir Extra Brut, not forgetting the cuvée Rémanence. Champagne for all time!

Of French-Filipino origin, Florence Duchêne is a young winemaker full of ambitions! Since her return to the Domaine in 2012, she has been energetically perpetuating the work of her ancestors while bringing a more spiritual and creative vision thanks to her numerous trips around the world. HVE certified since 2018, the vineyard is worked in a reasoned approach where the well-being of the vines is paramount. The House offers 6 wines of fine gastronomy.

In this village bordering Burgundy, with its pretty stone-built lanes and many impressive porches, we come across this house offering a fine range of champagnes made in the family, with an annual production of some 35,000 bottles. 7 fine, chiselled wines to discover. Enough to satisfy all tastes for a very interesting price/quality ratio. Not to mention their coteau-champenois, a real treat for the palate!

Champagne Anthony Betouzet is first of all the heritage of a family know-how. And it is also a pronounced taste for good and beautiful products with a touch of originality, of audacity... Anthony cultivates the vine in an eco-responsible way. With Emilie, his wife, they offer several collections of vintages: beautiful years of vintage, balanced blends and new limited series developed in collaboration with French artists.

At Champagne Drappier, the vineyard has been the soul of the family since 1808, with a 75-hectare estate including 40 hectares in Urville, where Pinot Noir dominates (70%), but Chardonnay and Meunier are also present. The house prides itself on cuvées with no added sugar or sulfites, which are still quite rare in the Champagne appellation. The house offers an impressive number of cuvées, including our favorites: Blanc de Blancs Signature, Grande Sendrée rosé, Brut nature, Brut nature sans soufre, Brut Nature Rosé and Quattuor. Heavenly!

The Champagne house Henry de Vaugency is installed in Oger since 1732. This vineyard uses only the chardonnay grand cru classé grape variety for the elaboration of its champagnes. We will quote: the cuvée Carte Noire (grand cru) aged three years in cellar with its brilliant and clear dress or the cuvée Sélection (grand cru) aged five years in cellar with its golden dress tending to the yellow straw. Nice visits as well as good tastings to do.

Maxime Blin and his wife Claire have chosen to produce their eponymous range of wines with passion and authenticity on the family farm in the Trigny area. Their vines provide them with grapes of a very good quality and allow them to make exceptional wines. Always smiling, these winemakers will be happy to make you discover their certified organic domain and their 11 vintages. We are particularly fond of the Clé d'Éole, a cuvée vinified and aged in barrels, produced in a few hundred copies. Winemakers to follow!

In the Côte des Bar region, discover the Cheurlin-Dangin estate. Champagne Comte de Cheurlin (for professionals) offers three traditional and three Premium cuvées. Champagne Cheurlin-Dangin produces seven cuvées, an vieux marc de champagne and a ratafia. Thomas Cheurlin, true to his values, has decided to produce two champagnes of vegan excellence: the cuvée Végan Blanc de Blancs and the cuvée Végan rosé, with no animal substances whatsoever from harvest to packaging.

This champagne house, founded in 1951, bears an aristocratic, medieval name. Know-how and state-of-the-art technology coexist here. The house wines age for at least three years before showing their beautiful color and fine bubbles. As for the Millésimes, they rest for five to six years. Comfortably seated in the cellar, you can taste the Clérambault cuvées, Tradition with its aromas of ripe fruit, Rosé version of red fruit, Carte Noire Brut and the Millésimes. Extra-Brut and Rosée de Saignée are also available.

For 4 generations, the Gobillard family has been perpetuating the family tradition in its Hautvillers estate. Their farm, planted with the three Champagne grape varieties, extends as far as Cumières. Today, it is Hervé, his wife Florence and their children, Pierre-Alexis and Chloé, who have taken up the torch and put to good use the know-how inherited from their ancestors to restore the authenticity of Champagne Gobillard and offer a beautiful range of award-winning wines, including the 2009 Florence vintage, the Blanc de blanc premier cru and the Prestige cuvee.

It was in 1888 that the estate was created and since the beginnings of Edmond-Alexandre and Laure Vautrin-Gillet, the family know-how has been passed on from generation to generation. Today, Matthias Eun and Thomas Kim Desruets, the 6th generation, have taken over the torch. Since 1888, the old Darcq Flamain oak press, with its 125-year history, has remained at the heart of pressing. The new generation continues to press the grapes the old-fashioned way, perpetuating an ancestral know-how that gives Joseph Desruets champagne all its subtlety and authenticity.

Acquired in 2012 by Maxime Ullens, this family estate in Hermonville remains deeply attached to ancestral know-how. The plot-based cuvées are still stirred by hand and vinified in barrels using the park's oak trees! Biodiversity plays an important role on the estate, with the presence of black bee hives and Faverolles hens, which can be seen at the end of the harvest! Their meunier-dominant BSA is a marvel.

Rare wines.Since 2006, Hugues Godmé has been committed to organic and biodynamic viticulture to respect the natural balance of the terroir and minimize its environmental impact. The 2013 harvest was the first to benefit from the AB label. With 3 ha of chardonnay, 2.80 ha of pinot noir and 1.80 ha of meunier, Godmé champagnes are vibrant, pure wines. 12 nuggets to discover. Special mention should be made of Cuvée Douce Réserve and Champs Saint-Martin, an iconic grand cru that has been acclaimed by many connoisseurs and can be enjoyed with a clear conscience.

Since 1973, Séverine and Jean-Marie have passionately continued the family story. Simplicity and excellence are the key words that guide them every day. The 4 hectares of vineyards of the house are scattered around the village of Écueil, on the Petite Montagne de Reims. Depending on their combination, the grape varieties will inspire festivity, sweetness or passion with their fruity, intense and delicate aromas. We especially like the Brut Améthyste (40% chardonnay, 60% pinot noir) aged in our cellars for 5 years. An exhilarating champagne!

Since 1921, the estate has cultivated 8 ha of vines under RM status. HVE-certified, the house cultivates its beautiful vineyards with respect for the environment. Champagne A. Viot et Fils offers a range of wine tourism activities, including Segway rides through the vineyards, gourmet tours, "Vendangeur d'un jour" (Picker for a day) and "Pique-nique chez le vigneron" (Picnic at the winemaker's). A gîte located on the wine estate offers a natural, calm and soothing environment. You'll love their 100% Chardonnay Cuvée Prestige, a Blanc de Blancs that's deliciously mineral.

Located on the southern slopes of the Saint-Thierry massif, the Maison's vineyard, which covers 11 hectares, is divided into some thirty different parcels. Alexandre Chartogne has been at the helm of the vineyard since 2006 and is committed to making the most of the unique characteristics of the terroir. Working the soil on horseback, planting free-range vines, working with materials and containers to make wine, this neo-winegrower goes off the beaten track to the delight of enlightened wine lovers!

In his day, Francis Boulard's grandfather cultivated his vineyards according to the lunar calendar. Since 2001, Francis Boulard's organic approach has been driven by the desire to produce natural, expressive champagnes that reflect the specific characteristics of their terroir of origin. To discover: an extraordinary range composed exclusively of champagnes with the same identity. Our favorite is Petrae, produced according to a principle similar to that of the solera.

RM since 1955, the House is committed to producing champagnes from the sole terroir of Vincelles. In 2015, this beautiful Domain obtained the HVE certification thanks to a drastic reduction of treatments, a zero herbicide policy and the use of organic practices. Independent winegrowers, the owners have launched into wine tourism and welcome you in a new and very original renovated space: the old village school! At the head of the company for over 20 years, Gilles Dumangin happily shares his vision of the business. Today, he exports 95% of his production to over 44 countries. From the bar of the Ritz in London to the Château Marmont in Los Angeles, his flawless champagnes take pride of place on the finest tables in the world. Harvesting and handling since 1847, this is now the^3rd generation. The vineyards are spread over 10 crus on the southern slopes of Épernay, and this is how the 3 grape varieties are harvested. The champagne range includes the brut de réserve, a pinot meunier-dominant wine aged for 4 years in the cellar, and the grande cuvée "Tradition", a vintage version of this champagne, aged for 5 years in the cellar. There's also the old Champagne liquoreux (1975), and the 1990 Coteau Champenois.

Founded in 1947, this House has always been driven by a taste for excellence and hedonism. The vineyard covers 415 ha and is cultivated using sustainable viticulture methods, from vine training to waste management. A particular favorite is the Grands Terroirs 2015 and the Rosé Soléra, an astonishing wine with a unique taste of red fruit and spices. Founded in 1923 by Fernand Dauvergne and Hubert Baron, this fine brand has stood the test of time without ever losing its DNA. 11 wines to discover. Our favorite is Délice de Bouzy, with its full, intense mouthfeel and powerful, distinctive nose. It's a wine that's perfect for an impromptu aperitif with friends, served with foie gras toast. What's more? A superb tour of the vineyards aboard one of their new Mokes!

The Maison Esterlin was born from the union of 3 families who were able to federate 29 members for a surface of 23 ha. Over time, this cooperative has been able to attract many other talents. The structure is located at number 25 of the famous avenue de Champagne. 8 exceptional champagnes are to be discovered, including the Cléo BDB 2010, partially vinified in barrels. We also love the Brut Nature 2009, made without malolactic fermentation. Take the time to fully appreciate them, quietly sitting in the sun with the people you love.

The family estate covers 10 hectares spread over several communes in the Marne valley. As harvesters and handlers, the family practises integrated viticulture to respect biodiversity. The grapes are harvested by hand by a team of grape-pickers who have been loyal to the job for decades. Their winemaking method (no malolactic fermentation) ensures good balance and aromatic expression in the 5 wines in their range. A particular favorite is Cuvée Léa, made exclusively from Chardonnay and aged in oak barrels.

Here's a Maison just the way we like it! Imagine winegrowers in tune with their terroir, an 8.2-hectare vineyard planted on clay-limestone and sandy soil, a massive reduction in herbicides and lots of blocked malolactic fermentation to preserve maximum freshness... A huge favorite is the Brut Nature cuvée blended with 50% pinot noir and 50% chardonnay, which proves magical on a platter of sushi or a delicately-fleshed white fish.
