Since 1995, Lionel Lahaye and his wife have been at the helm of the estate. During your visit, the duo will not fail to make you discover the ancestral gestures that have been passed on to them, such as the disgorging on the fly, which is still fascinating to observe. The couple produces 9 exceptional cuvées, including the divine Cuvée Nature.
