CHAMPAGNE PIOT-SEVILLANO
RM since 1955, the House is committed to producing champagnes from the sole terroir of Vincelles. In 2015, this beautiful Domain obtained the HVE certification thanks to a drastic reduction of treatments, a zero herbicide policy and the use of organic practices. Independent winegrowers, the owners have launched into wine tourism and welcome you in a new and very original renovated space: the old village school! You will enjoy the panoramic view of the vineyard while discovering their local nuggets including the Cuvée Interdite.

Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5:30pm; weekends, 10:30am to 4:30pm. Visit the vineyard, pressing center, winery, cellar and guided tastings. Last visit possible at 4pm.
Owner's Message
As independent winegrowers, Christine and Vincent elaborate their 16 champagnes as naturally as possible, with passion, dynamism and generosity. Their champagnes are rare, atypical, with character and made only from the terroir of Vincelles. They are willing to share the secrets of their terroir and to communicate on their environmental engagement in their atypical wine tasting room : the former school of the village. Thanks to a drastic reduction in treatments, a zero herbicide policy and the use of organic practices, they obtained the High Environmental Value certification at the beginning of 2015 and they are continuing their efforts in an organic certification process.
Christine, Vincent and Héloïse, their assistant, will be happy to welcome you to the domain, for a visit, for tastings or for gastronomic picnics. The wine-tasting room, located in the former school of the village, is open 7 days a week (visits are not offered on Sundays). You can also come and have a drink on the terrace as in a bar and enjoy our magnificent view on the Marne Valley.
