La Maison is located in Montbayen, just outside the village of Saint-Martin-d'Ablois in the direction of Vauciennes. Here, Christian Dambron offers you a warm welcome. He shows you around his estate and tells you all about his life as a passionate winegrower. You'll have a wonderful time, and even more so when you discover the House's Signature cuvée. Since 1735, the Mandois family has owned a 40-hectare vineyard, straddling twelve crus, including Pierry, Vertus and Chouilly. At harvest time, the grapes are pressed in the Pierry cellars under the supervision of Claude Mandois. In this domain, the wine from each parcel is separated and then blended. Very good cuvées to discover, divided into Collection Classique (Brut Origine, Rosé Grande Réserve and the remarkable Brut Zéro), Collection 1735 (Blanc de Blancs 2016, Blanc de Noirs 2015), Collection unique (Cuvée Victor 2008 and 2012).

Alexandre Lenique founded Champagne Lenique in 1768. The company's vineyards are spread over various terroirs, mainly in the Vincelles, Vauciennes, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Épernay areas... planted with three Champagne grape varieties. To visit the winery, it's best to make an appointment; the tour of the estate and its facilities will then take about an hour. Cuvée Excellence is aged for three years. Other champagnes include Brut Millésimés and Blanc de Noirs.

Founded in 1967, the company is now run by Corinne, under the watchful eye of her parents. The 4.20 ha vineyard is spread over 5 communes. All 3 grape varieties are grown, with a predominance of Meunier. Corinne has chosen to let time take its course, aging her bottles in the cellar on their lees to allow the wine to develop its full aromatic potential. We've fallen in love with the Cuvée Diapason. With its brioche nose and notes of candied fruit, it's the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, cocktails and vins d'honneur.

From generation to generation, the Chiquet family has crafted its champagnes according to ancestral fundamentals, but with a modern twist. Their wines exude natural aromas and reflect the specific characteristics of their terroirs of origin. Today, Antoine and Nicolas Chiquet ensure the continuity of the family estate while respecting the rules of the art. The range is divided into two chapters: BSA and Millésimés. Our favorites are the Blanc de blancs d'Aÿ Brut and the Spécial Club Brut Millésimé 2014. Rare wines of excellence!

Today, the 10 ha of this renowned estate are run by the Laherte brothers. Here, you'll receive a warm welcome and be taken on a tour of the vineyard and cellar before discovering one of their cuvées. This great house strives to produce bold, distinctive wines. Our favorite is the cuvée Rosée de Meunier, a truly elegant and charming wine. The cuvée Empreinte is not to be outdone, with its notes of muscaté chardonnay. The champagnes are regularly out of stock, and it's easy to see why!

The name Diogène is a direct reference to its founder Diogène Tissier. Indeed, it was he who created the estate in 1931. Since then, the vineyard has grown considerably. Today, it comprises 9 hectares planted with 60% chardonnay, 25% meunier and 15% pinot noir. To learn more about the history of the estate and the work carried out in the vineyards, a visit will be offered to suit all tastes. You'll be able to explore the cellars, the vat room and the old wine press. And don't forget their award-winning champagne rosé!

The history of this brand begins in Épernay in 1891. A certain Auguste-Eugène created the house and his grandson acquired a vineyard. The estate, today managed by Philippe Montaudon and his son Philippe, represents 45 hectares. A few steps from the cathedral, you can discover the large cellar and the cooperage workshop where the vat room is located today. The cellars extend over two floors and the vaults are carved out of the chalk! Try the Cuvée "Classe M", an exceptional wine that will make you live great moments!

This house was founded in 1869 and is now run by the Rapeneau family. The vineyard covers nearly 170 hectares planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The G.H. Martel champagne house is located a few steps from the Saint-Rémi basilica. You can visit the beautiful medieval cellars, chalk pits dug between the 4th and 15th centuries that go down to a depth of 22 meters. They are decorated with tools from the Champagne region that were used in the past to work the vines and make wine. The visit of the cellars is followed by a nice tasting.

With its 260 years of history, the Lanson House is one of the oldest in Champagne. Located not far from downtown Reims, it has become a symbol of elegance and hospitality for wine lovers around the world. Today, the Lanson style is carried by Hervé Dantan who elaborates 10 wines of an exceptional richness. A particular favorite is the "Green Label Bio" vintage, whose grapes are grown biodynamically. From the Clos Lanson, the secret garden of the House, to their unique production tool, without forgetting the cellars, you will live a memorable experience.

Au and Arnaud Billiard, a couple of wine growers, welcome you to Bacchus. Here you can visit a magnificent museum: There is a very beautiful recovery of life in the vineyard since the beginning of the 75 th century with a model of 220 m ² in which 30 figurines of cm high. But the house is also and first of all a wine estate that produces a whole range of champagnes: Cuvée Millésime Vintage 2009 Old Vines, wine Prestige Prestige 2009, vintage vintage Vintage 2002, wine Lusus Vintage 2008 White white, Cuvée Millésime Vintage 2009 Black white, vintage Olympia Vintage 2010/2011 and cuvée Aphrodite 2010/2011. The house also offers accommodation in guest rooms (5 charming, spacious rooms where Arnaud, the owner, guarantees an absolutely healthy atmosphere, devoid of any pathogenic factor in agreement with the vocation of the healer you can enjoy during your stay; on prior agreement).

Fabienne Dourdon now runs the family business, after studying business and spending ten years abroad. The estate covers 9.5 hectares in the communes of Reuil and Troissy, with traditional grape varieties. At the end of the tour, it's time for a tasting! Our favorite is the Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively with 2007 Chardonnays. Simple, fresh and tangy, you just can't get enough of it! Especially in summer with seafood.

In Nomine Terrae. Founded in 1912, this family-run company has always been ingenious and visionary. By 2031, it aims to convert 100% of its vineyards to organic farming, and is constantly looking for ways to minimize its carbon footprint. Among the 6 wines, we're sure to fall in love with the Cuvée Réserve de la Terre, an organic champagne with a relaxed expression, and the Cuvée Vinothèque 2012, a miraculous vintage. Actor Leonardo Di Caprio recently joined the company as a minority shareholder.

The creation of this family house goes back to the 17th century, with today a vineyard of 13 ha. The vineyards are located on the hillsides of Damery, Hautvillers, Fleury-la-Rivière and especially Cumières, and have been worked under integrated pest management for over 15 years. The work, plot by plot, the vinification by small batch, in the old way, and wines which age for the most part in oak barrels. At the Geoffroy's, we like to work more particularly the red grape varieties, pinot noir and pinot meunier to elaborate champagnes of a rare quality.

Today, Vincent Laval is in charge of the family business created by his father Georges in 1971. On this estate, all the vines are grown according to the principles of organic agriculture. The different cuvées are patiently aged for 2 to 4 years in beautiful vaulted cellars that can be visited. Special mention goes to Les Hautes Chèvres, an organic Brut Nature 2013, made from old meunier vines with very low yields. A marvel to be enjoyed with warm apple foie gras. Cheers!

Between Château-Thierry and Epernay, this is an opportunity to discover the work of the vine grower, to visit the cellars, before tasting his champagne.

This family-run business manages a 13-hectare vineyard, mainly located on the southern slopes of the Marne valley.For 4 generations, the wines have been made entirely on the estate.They are blended from the 3 Champagne grape varieties. Sylvie and Régis, the owners, always take great pleasure in helping you discover their estate. The tasting is punctuated by very interesting explanations. Our favorite is the cuvée Sublimis. A 100% Chardonnay Millésime 2017 with a bright gold color that is sumptuous on a sole.

Today, Claudie, Gérard, Fabrice, Véronique, Florent and Virginie will show you around their superb estate. Starting with the 14-hectare vineyard, mainly located in Venteuil. You'll also discover the wine press, the vat room and the traditional cellar. The tour naturally ends with a cork pop to taste the famous effervescent beverage. The comparative tasting is accompanied by pink cookies for a typically Champagne moment! Our favorite is the Carte Bleue Brut, an excellent Blanc de Noirs to be enjoyed as an aperitif!

Mastery, style, character. Founded in 1974, Champagne de l'Argentaine is produced by the L'Union de Vandières wine cooperative. It currently has 180 members and a production area of 167 ha. The winery offers a fine range of wines: Brut Réserve Spéciale, Brut Blanc de Blanc, Brut Rosé, Brut Millésime and Brut Prestige. These nuanced wines allow you to discover the full diversity of the appellation. Clever, eh?

Champagne Pascal Delette's vineyards cover 7 ha and are managed using integrated viticulture methods. Today, Yves Pascal and his son Sébastien run the estate, crafting authentic, generous cuvées. Our favorite is Cuvée Brut Rosé: a champagne blended from 65% meunier, 12% coteaux-champenois rouge and 23% pinot noir. A perfect match for a strawberry tart dessert. Their Prestige Millésime Brut is lively, with fine bubbles. It will work wonders with oily fish.

This family business operates a 9 ha vineyard with a predominance of black grapes. In the range of the House, the Champagne Brut illustrates this dominant: champagne of all the moments, it is perfect with the aperitif. The Cuvée Brut de Brut is a more mature champagne. Natural, it will delight the purists. The plus ? The House does not only offer you a glass, but also a place to stay, with a comfortable gîte also located in the village of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon.

After watching a film about the vineyard and the production of champagne, you will visit the 18th century cellars. The amateurs have one hour to discover this family house which, for the elaboration of its wines, obtains from many wine growers of the region. The range unveils several cuvées: Brut, Premier Cru, Rosé, Tradition and Vintage, which we will distinguish for its light golden color, its blossoming nose with notes of pastry, gingerbread and dried fruit. Champagne Leclerc Briant respects the tradition of the art of winegrowing and winemaking, while innovating and positioning itself on the niches of the future. The house cultivates 10 hectares of vineyards spread between the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley and in famous crus: Hautvillers, Cumières, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Bisseuil... Since 2017, Maison Boizel has been welcoming champagne lovers to its Atelier 1834, a contemporary space dedicated to the discovery of its different cuvées and its history. Thanks to the fine knowledge of the Champagne terroir acquired by each generation, the House vinifies grapes from the best vintages, which are essential to elaborate the great cuvées. Today, Isabelle and her husband Michel run the estate, preserving the family tradition. This new generation of winegrowers has focused on exports (over 60% of total sales). Their 11-hectare vineyard is cultivated with a truly eco-responsible approach, using as few chemicals as possible. The grape varieties planted are predominantly Pinot Noir (80%). The wines faithfully reveal the imprint of their terroirs. Hats off to the Brut Nature and its aromas of rhubarb marmalade.

The brand was created in the early 1970s, inspired by the name of the ^18th-century seigneur of Les Riceys: the Marquis de Pomereuil. Elegance and character: the house's range includes the Cuvée des Fondateurs, a blend of 2/3 Chardonnay and 1/3 Pinot Noir. Champagne Marquis de Pomereuil also produces two champagne rosé cuvées, Rosé des Riceys and coteaux-champenois. Special mention goes to the coteaux rouge, with its fruity, supple and slightly woody aromas.

The Jacques Defrance estate, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, has been producing an exceptional range of wines since 1867, including the famous Les Riceys rosé. Since 1988, Christophe Defrance, at the head of the vineyard, has undertaken a reasoned culture that respects biodiversity. All the soils of the domain are mechanically cultivated. And since 2017, the estate is certified Terra Vitis and more recently HVE level 3. A favorite is the Natives cuvée and its notes of mirabelle plum and pear.

We love the charm of this beautiful property and it is in the company of the master of the place or his wife that we will see the 17th century cellars and the traditional wine press. The vineyard represents 8.7 hectares, mostly planted with pinot noir, 10 ares being devoted to chardonnay and 20 ares to pinot meunier. In this house on the outskirts of the village, the 22-hectare vineyard has been cultivated for over two centuries, respecting tradition. The range is truly beautiful and full of nuances. You'll love their champagne rosé, made from pinot noir maceration, and the cuvée Blanc de Noir Millésime 2006, a 100% pinot noir with excellent ageing potential, which you'll enjoy with foie gras terrine and gingerbread crumble.

The vineyard extends over 13 hectares on a magnificent south-east-facing slope planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The winery practices integrated viticulture, preserving the natural balance of its soils. No chemical fertilizers, insecticides or anti-rot agents are used. It produces only traditional vintage champagnes, and ages its wines in oak barrels, respecting their natural acidity (malolactic fermentation is not systematic). The tour takes you from the winery to the beautiful vaulted cellars, decorated with old tools, to gain a better understanding of the work from vine to wine. A family-run business, Champagne Cristian Senez introduces visitors to its prestigious wines and working methods. In a beautiful vaulted room, tastings give you the opportunity to talk about the quality of the champagnes and the history of the house. In Ecueil, we discover with pleasure the superb vineyards of the House. Élodie, the mistress of the place, and her husband Fabrice perpetuate with good humor the know-how of this house with feminine energy. Their nine hectares of vines produce very fine wines, whose robust, round and complex style, typical of the region and its star, the pinot noir, is a perfect match for red meats. The couple has also opened a champagne bar and superb guest rooms.

Lam and Philippe Paques run a 12 ha vineyard, classified as Premier Cru in Rilly-la-Montagne. A short visit will allow you to discover the press, the vat room and the vaulted cellars. Here, the riddling is still done manually!

We have a particular fondness for the Cuvées Carte Rouge (50% pinot noir and 50% chardonnay) and Carte d'Or, a fruity and supple brut without year. A nod to the Cuvée Origine, an exceptional vintage cuvée from the finest vines. This head of the cuvée, composed mainly of chardonnay, is aged on lees in oak barrels for 6 months.

Founded in 1929 and owned by 25 winegrowing families, Mailly Grand Cru is one of the few mono Grand Cru estates in Champagne, located exclusively in the Mailly area. Barrel ageing, parcel-by-parcel vinification and Champagne rosé de macération are the hallmarks of a respected ancestral tradition. The range includes the prestigious Cuvée Blanc de Pinot Noir, as well as the cuvée parcellaire Les Échansons, a vintage cuvée for great years only.

Founded in 1967, the house is housed in a former farmhouse. The tailor-made tour by the owner-growers can be adapted to your wishes and level of knowledge. On tasting, Maurice Dugay & Comte de Montgivroux champagnes reveal themselves to be flamboyant. The 2009 vintage and the 100% Chardonnay Cuvée Spéciale melt in our mouths. Certified HVE, VDC, vegan and in organic conversion, the vineyard of Paul-Vincent Ariston extends today on 12 ha. The House markets wines named after one of the family's ancestors: Aspasie. The wines express the rich and atypical character of their terroirs of origin. In the range, we particularly appreciated the Brut Réserve, a powerful and well-balanced champagne and the Brut Blanc de Blancs with aromas of hazelnuts and white flowers, which can be tasted with a fresh salmon tartar and smoked salmon! Carol Duval-Leroy is part of the very restricted circle of "champagne women". Set in Virtues, she took over this family home following the brutal death of her husband in 1991 and was able to give her an example of finesse and elegance. Without ever resting on his laurels, Carole had to learn to master the work of the vine, whose specific foundations she knew. She driving the house among the greatest names and made Champagne Duval-Leroy a reference. It was in 2000, with the help of its cellar chef, Sandrine Logette Jardin, that it markets the "Lady de Champagne", an alliance of the best chardonnays and the roundness of Pinot Noir, a champagne in the image of this woman to which we give freshness, liveliness and prestige.

Established in Ville-sur-Arce for 5 generations, this traditional family business works its vineyards with rigor, meticulousness and passion. A warm welcome awaits you on arrival. After a tour of the estate and its facilities, you'll have the pleasure of discovering their range of 14 hand-crafted wines and tasting some of them. Our favorite is the Cuvée Louis Aristide, a pinot noir Solera made from 18 years of blending since 1995. Epic!

The house's vines, planted in the late ^19th century, enabled Marcel Vézien to create his own champagne in 1956. The cuvée Effervescence 56 bears witness to this. Today, the house boasts some twenty hectares. The range bears highly poetic names: Secret d'Éclairés, Lumière de l'Aube, Nuit de Rubis, Celles que j'aime, Terre d'Artistes and Souvenir d'Ancêtres. We've also fallen in love with their well-crafted rosé des Riceys, ratafia and marc de champagne. With them, cultivating the "home-made" spirit really pays off!

Founded in 1974, Michel Furdyna's champagne estate cultivates 8 hectares planted with 90% pinot noir, 6% chardonnay and 4% pinot blanc. These independent winegrowers offer a very fine range of 10 champagnes, original, gourmet and often award-winning. A real favorite is the "Les Vieux Millésimes" collection, the oldest of which dates back to 1966. These deep, complex wines have a striking aura. The Cuvée Secrète, blended with pinot noir, chardonnay, pinot blanc, pinot meunier, arbane and petit meslier, should not leave you unmoved either!

Daughter of a harvester-manipulator and a harvester-manipulator herself, Brigitte Baroni set up her own winery in 1980. She manages a 2.5 ha vineyard located in Celles-sur-Ource, Landreville and Viviers-sur-Artaut, producing around 20,000 bottles a year. Its range includes Champagne Brut Tradition and Rosé de cuvaison. On the tour, you'll discover a traditional working method, with a wooden press and bottles lying on laths.
