CHAMPAGNE LOUISE BRISON

The vineyard extends over 13 hectares on a magnificent south-east-facing slope planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The winery practices integrated viticulture, preserving the natural balance of its soils. No chemical fertilizers, insecticides or anti-rot agents are used. It produces only traditional vintage champagnes, and ages its wines in oak barrels, respecting their natural acidity (malolactic fermentation is not systematic).
