In this 20 hectare vineyard which extends over Oger, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Aube and the Côte des Bar, Vincent perpetuates the know-how of his grandfather and father. During the visit, you will discover the history of the family and the evolution of the techniques by exploring the chalk pits, the cellars and the winery. At each step, we navigate with pleasure between tradition and modernity. The range is very rich and the wines are suitable for all occasions. I especially like the Blanc de Blancs. Its freshness and citrus notes will delight you, especially with oysters!
