The Lefèvre family vineyard is located in Oger on the western slopes of Épernay. Didier Lefèvre offers a beautiful range of wines for tasting, starting with his Brut BDB Grand Cru Millésime. An elegant blend of the best white Chardonnay grapes that gives this wine a fruity and very fine taste particularly appreciated with appetizers. The Brut Tradition is a wine of delicate suppleness. With its refined pink hue, the Brut Rosé (84% Chardonnay and 16% Pinot Noir) is a wine with charming curves. We love it!

Discover the world's largest champagne cellars, with 28 km of galleries carved out of the white chalk! The masterly guided tour takes you on a journey through the history of this house, founded in 1743 by Claude Moët, which today cultivates almost 800 ha of vineyards run by 250 winegrowers. Founded in Aÿ in 1843, the company boasts a 25-hectare vineyard in the Marne Valley, the birthplace of the miller, as well as a network of winemaker-deliverers to supplement its need for quality grapes. Welcome to the Domaine Proy Goulard currently managed by Lucile and Alexandre. The duo manages a vineyard of 4.5 ha. The vines, 35 years old, are planted on terroirs with a strong identity thanks to clay-silt, sandy-silt and chalky soils. This diversity offers a rich and complex aromatic palette. A natural and traditional vinification, an ageing time between 2 and 7 years as well as a low dosage allow the champagnes to express all the typicity of the terroirs they embody. 5 wines are to be discovered.

Founded in 1862 by a visionary man, Maison Testulat has always been committed to delighting the taste buds of wine-lovers through its respectful and accurate knowledge of grapes. 5 generations of winegrowers have worked on this estate, founded in 1822, which today boasts 15 hectares of vines, predominantly Chardonnay and Meunier. A mosaic of plots in the best terroirs gives Bauget-Jouette champagnes their distinctive character. For example, Blanc de Blancs 2008, a blend of Grands Crus Chardonnay, expresses itself with extremely fine bubbles. On the palate, we find aromas of pear, toast and a spicy finish. The Grande Réserve, more focused on candied fruit, is a powerful, rich wine.

A visionary and entrepreneur at heart, Albert Bergère created his own brand in 1949 in Épernay.
