Two of her children, Eric and Bruno, also about the vineyard, joined him in 1993. It is them that took over the family business with the death of their father in 2009. In the mountains of Reims, their vineyard extends over nearly 17 acres with grapes to Pinot Noir (90%) and chardonnay (10%). The wines are preserved in the cellars of the estate, carved in chalk with sixteen ft deep at a constant temperature of 10 °C. Welcomed on site, you can also taste the other house specialities, red Bouzy (only red Champagne wine produced) and Ratafia Liqueur.
