The family's 28 ha vineyard is located entirely on the Côte des Blancs in Cuis and Vertus1er cru, Cramant, Oger and Chouilly Grand cru. More than half of the estate is planted with vines at least 40 years old. Olivier and Didier Gimonnet produce exclusively blanc de blancs champagnes, with the exception of a highly atypical Rosé de Blancs. The range is extremely varied. A must for all self-respecting lovers of great Chardonnays!
