The family's 28 ha vineyard is located entirely on the Côte des Blancs in Cuis and Vertus^1er cru, Cramant, Oger and Chouilly Grand cru. More than half of the estate is planted with vines at least 40 years old. Olivier and Didier Gimonnet produce exclusively blanc de blancs champagnes, with the exception of a highly atypical Rosé de Blancs. The range is extremely varied. A must for all self-respecting lovers of great Chardonnays!

Even as a child, Benoît spent his time in the vineyard and winery alongside his ancestors. He was soon imbued with the smells and gestures passed down from generation to generation. Today, as a harvester-co-operator, he cultivates 1.60 ha at Cuis. Low dosage, low sulfur and aged on lees for 3 to 10 years, 5 fine Grand Cru champagnes are waiting to be discovered: Bélémite Brut Nature, Blandélice Brut Nature Millésime, Brut Blanc de Blancs, Brut Rose de Blancs and Paul-Antoine, a mature wine revealing candied fruit and licorice fragrances.
