Since 1993, the Porten family has been raising ducks and poultry in the village of Manderen. The ducklings arrive here between June and October, and are force-fed until the end of April. They are raised in the traditional way, in the open air, on grassy pastures before being force-fed. Processing is carried out on site. You can buy preserved foie gras, pâtés, rillettes, confits, etc., duck sausages, duck breasts, duck meat (magret, thighs, aiguillettes) and ready-to-cook poultry.

The Confiserie Bressaude is an institution in the Vosges landscape. Opened since 1994, the confectionery has a recognized know-how since it is one of the 15 most visited companies in France. During the visits, you will discover the artisanal manufacture of the various products, in the heart of the trade. At the end of the tour, you will go to the shop to stock up on sweets. Food lovers will be delighted to see that in addition to sweets, many other products are available such as gingerbread, chouchous or jams.

La Fouillotte is first of all the name of Thibaut's grandfather's farm: it is there that Thibaut tried his hand at brewing as an amateur before creating a brewery on Épinal with Florian and Boris. The Confrérie de la Truffe en Lorraine was founded in 1996. Its main role is to promote and recognize the region's truffles(Tuber uncinatum and mesentericum). The Grand Master of the Confrérie is Jacky Haim. Cooking classes and themed weekends are organized from October to March, as well as exhibitions.
