Fresh, seasonal, seasonal products from the region? This is where it's going! The Ayotte, opened in May 2014, is a store that comprises forty local producers, who sell their products directly under the same roof. You will find meat, pork, poultry, fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, honey, wine, bread, jams, fruit juices… The whole «made in Lorraine». Don't look for tomatoes in the middle of December, there will be no! Here, the products are seasonal, which basically makes sense. As for prices set by producers, they remain reasonable. So, let's do so, by making our local producers work every day to offer us quality products. Let's eat well, let's eat lorraine!

Local producer store with several rays: butchery, meats, cheeses, bread, fruit and vegetables, honey, wine, beer, grocery store… FANTASTIC, we now buy all our meat in this store. Prices are more attractive than at the butcher and top quality; There are more and more people and sometimes we have to place orders for certain meats, so demand is strong.

Que d'excellents produits!! viandes, légumes, fruits fromages, et autres , tout en direct des producteurs.
Le personnel et les producteurs présents sont toujours aimables et de bon conseil
Personnellement pour alimenter ma table d'hôtes je m'y rends 2 fois par semaine.

Un endroit indispensable pour se nourrir le corps et l'esprit.. Le corps par la qualité des produits, leur fraîcheur, leur variété, leur proximité. Et l'esprit car tout est fait pour respecter le consommateur, l'informer, l'éduquer, le responsabiliser.
Des produits locaux mais pas que, il y a des produits du commerce équitable, une façon responsable de faire comprendre qu'il y a un rapport direct entre le local et l'équitable, c'est le respect d'une agriculture paysanne et familiale, au Nord comme au Sud.
