Every week a basket is delivered to you, filled with vegetables or seasonal fruit harvested the day before, products 100% organic. Florent Schwoob produces organic vegetables adapted to the region, to the seasons, in respect with nature and the Ecocert specifications. To make it easier for customers to choose and to discover vegetables that are sometimes forgotten, Florent offers baskets from the vegetable garden, exclusively from his production. But of course, you can buy the products individually. Salads, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rutabaga..., the list is long!

At the farm, you will be able to harvest the fruits and vegetables grown by Anne and Gérard Clauss. Strawberries, beans, peas, courgettes... the choice is vast! If spade handling is not your favourite hobby, you can also buy fruit and vegetables in the shop. You will also find food from local producers: cheeses, cold cuts, beer, spices, condiments, ice cream, honey, mushrooms, asparagus, canned fish, eggs, apple juice... As well as ready-made meals and jams made by Anne, with products from the farm.

At Ferme Mathis, you'll find fresh vegetables, preserves, ready-made meals (made on site and sold in the farm store) and even products from nearby producers. You can pick in the fields, or buy produce in their store. You can also order a basket of vegetables and eggs. During the asparagus season (mid-April to June), the farm offers a number of events, including tours of the asparagus fields, packaging workshops and even an all-you-can-eat asparagus restaurant.

LES LÉGUMES DU HOHBOURG FARM, located in Traubach-le-Haut, grows seasonal vegetables on just under 6 hectares of organically farmed land. Concerned about the environment and the quality of their produce, the producers offer fresh, tasty vegetables grown according to natural rhythms. This is the place to go for a wide variety of seasonal vegetables, perfect for delicious, healthy dishes. Whether you're a gourmet or simply looking for local, environmentally-friendly produce, this farm is well worth a visit.

The picker's paradise in the middle of Sundgau! On several hectares, you can pick your own seasonal fruit, flowers or vegetables directly on the spot. The opening starts in the strawberry season and ends in early autumn. You can buy freshly picked produce directly from the shop, but also produce from the farm or the surrounding area all year round. A good point for bread whose flour is produced on the farm.

The Asperges Frick farm has been growing Alsatian asparagus since 1996. During the asparagus season, from mid-April to mid-June, you can visit their store to buy white asparagus in various lengths, green asparagus, jars of sweet and sour asparagus, as well as a wide variety of local farm products such as hams, wines, cheeses, oils, eggs and rhubarb. The farm complies with the Alsace Asparagus "Quality Charter" and is a member of the Bienvenue à la ferme (Welcome to the Farm) network, guaranteeing the superior quality of their products.

Located in Guémar, Alsace, Ferme Thomas Jehl specializes in the production of asparagus, strawberries and rhubarb, as well as the sale of many other local products. Payments by credit card, cheque or cash are accepted at the store. Orders for charcuterie, trout and alcohol must be collected from the store.

It is mentioned that the strawberry season is over and that the next harvest will have to wait until 2024. By contrast, the Boetsch-Wolf farm in Illfurth offers asparagus, strawberries and other seasonal fruits and vegetables. This farm offers a wide variety of produce, including asparagus, strawberries, redcurrants and beans. For those wishing to pick their own strawberries, this option is currently unavailable. Despite this, Wolf Farm remains open throughout the summer, offering a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.
