Throughout the year, you will be able to get freshly picked mushrooms: oyster mushrooms and oak slowmushrooms. There is no fresher! This producer grows these mushrooms on the spot and sells them in his adjoining shop. The workshop, which you will be able to see, cooks and packages the mushroom-based dishes from their production: spring rolls, cakes, pies, pizzas, ravioli, lasagnes or gratins. Regularly, the shop organizes open doors, where you can see how the production process works and visit the cellar.
