The workshop, which you will be able to see, cooks and packages the mushroom-based dishes from their production: spring rolls, cakes, pies, pizzas, ravioli, lasagnes or gratins. Regularly, the shop organizes open doors, where you can see how the production process works and visit the cellar.

Florent Schwoob produces organic vegetables adapted to the region, to the seasons, in respect with nature and the Ecocert specifications. To make it easier for customers to choose and to discover vegetables that are sometimes forgotten, Florent offers baskets from the vegetable garden, exclusively from his production. But of course, you can buy the products individually. Salads, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rutabaga..., the list is long!
