Established for generations in Ingwiller, the Klein & Wanner company perpetuates the elaboration of high quality artisanal syrups, by favoring Alsatian sourcing. Combining authenticity and know-how, Klein & Wanner syrups are as many gourmet recipes for the pleasure of young and old: classic flavors (grenadine, mint, strawberry, lemon, grapefruit) or regional flavors (mirabelle plum, quetsche, blueberry, blackberry, rhubarb, morello cherry).

This tofu has been made in Schwindratzheim since 2017. The soybeans with which it is made are produced by the Richert farm, also in Schwindratzheim, guaranteed GMO-free. In addition to plain tofu, you will find several kinds of flavored tofu and soy milk here. A true family story, the blossoming of this family business, which began with a store selling Asian products in Strasbourg, is something to be admired. You will find its production on site, in many stores and Asian restaurants in Alsace.

On 70 ha in Kochersberg northwest of Strasbourg, the Nonnenmacher family grows asparagus, sugar beet, barley, corn and raises ducks. It is a member of the association of foie gras producers in Alsace (Gänzeliesel) and therefore meets precise specifications: the ducks arrive here at the age of one day and are fed on cereals produced on site for thirteen weeks. Then, the feeding is done twice a day, for twelve days. Slaughtering and processing are then carried out in the farm's laboratory and the products are made from traditional recipes. Among the flagship products are raw foie gras, tunnel foie gras (under golden tin paper: 133 €/kg), semi-preserved Le Parfait, canned foie gras and lobes of foie poached with Guérande salt and black pepper (98 €/kg).

22 Alsatian producers have joined forces to create their own direct sales outlet in the city centre. Seasonal fruit and vegetables (organic or not), meats, charcuterie, dairy products, wines and even snails!
