In 2004, Simon Henry, already Best Apprentice of France in 2000 and European Champion of Young Butchers in 2003, became European Champion of Master Butchers. 20 years on, in his store at Le Treige, this passionate butcher and his team continue to offer us the very best meats. Selected from local farms, presented with the same exacting standards, always at fair prices for such quality. Tasty meats, marinated sausages for summer barbecues, mountain sausages, old-fashioned black pudding or home-made charcuterie.

A store for all where you will find a grocery store from the Maghreb, Asia, Turkey…, fresh fruits and vegetables, bazaar like pots and pans, teapots… But also a very beautiful set of meat at the cutting. Meat is excellent, between beef, lamb, veal, poultry, offal. Mediterranean stores make merguez, days of good weather, they're often broken, and you have to wait for the butcher to finish them.
