At the departure of the Vieux Port, Balade en Voilier proposes to discover the Marseille harbour, the Goudes, the lighthouse of Planier, Friuli, Niolon and the coves aboard a 9,50 m 1962 mahogany sailboat. Created in 1993 by Daniel Duflot, Montagne et Rivière is a small base where a team of state-qualified river guides offers a wide range of activities: rafting in the Upper and Middle Verdon, canyoning, hydrospeed, white water swimming, canoeing, aqua-trekking in the Verdon canyon, adventure courses, mountain biking... Cairo in the Alpes-de Haute-Provence also has its impressive vertiginous and aerial monument which is worth the detour, but it is not a large pyramid... No, here it is especially its via ferrata which is worth the detour, not to be missed under any circumstances for thrill-seekers.

Sporty friends, don't hesitate to go on the Via Ferrata de la Grande Fistoire. Spread out on a 250 m high limestone wall, it includes a 60 m long footbridge. The access is autonomous for the most experienced. For beginners, accompanied by a guide, they can also discover this hike of vertigo. It is necessary to have a strong heart, but the adventure is worth it. Beware! It is dangerous to embark on the via ferrata without suitable alpine equipment and without perfect knowledge of its use. Adventure Forest is an accrobranche park located in Castellane, in the Verdon region of France. Due to his success in the creation of his classical dance school, jazz, gym and ground bar for all levels from 4 years old, Krystel Drazovic, a graduate professor of state, continues his lessons this year. A dancer in the opera of Toulon, Metz, and then Prague, she settled in the south of France to give courses, at the conservatory of Avignon, and then at Capelette. The Avignon canoe kayak club has been paddling on the Rhône for over 40 years. Their base is located on the Ile de la Barthelasse, the activity is practiced all year round on the banks of Avignon and the surrounding rivers. It only takes a few sessions to feel at ease and to experience some sensations. It is a friendly club which organizes outings for its members. The staff are very competent and will listen to you. Sure that after your first outing you will want to join! A change of scenery is guaranteed, a breath of fresh air.

Plongée Passion is both a diving centre and a diving school, offering training and exploration to individuals, groups and children. State-certified instructors (^1st and^2nd degree) will take you to discover the hidden jewels of the Côte Bleue's azure depths to the islands of Frioul and Planier. Marlène and Patrick Michel have been living in Carry for more than 20 years. They know the local seabed perfectly and will quickly put you at ease. The team is friendly, jovial and very attentive, the equipment recent and of quality.

Pleasant and friendly, Pra-Loup is one of the most famous resorts of the Alpes de Haute Provence. Its 180 km of tracks allow to connect the domain of Foux-d'Allophones by the Agneliers. The station has 4 lifts, 80 of which are cable, 40 of which have a purple brand Milka… and the famous Rider Space, which offers   ha of facilities for extreme sports. Le Lavandou's sentier du Littoral is a great opportunity for hikers to criss-cross the region's coastline and then reach the Fossette beach in just 3 kilometers. Right from the charming port, this coastal hike offers superb panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. While the first part of the route is very accessible, the rest of the way offers a number of challenging climbs through rocky passages between coves and dreamy villas. Whatever your pace, this free tour connects you to the natural world of the Var.

The golf course stretches its long green ribbon along the Mediterranean, where terraced tee boxes offer breathtaking sea views. Frégate, an 18-hole course, also welcomes advanced players. From the centre of Saint-Tropez, you can join it to make a very simple portion: take two hours to reach Pampelonne beach from the Portalet tower. A pleasant walk that makes you pass through the bay of Canebiers and the calanque of the Rabiou. The walk ends with the huge sandy beach of Pampelonne where you won't be able to fight a head.
