For almost 30 years, Maria Perez and her daughter Ana's Solea center has been the benchmark for flamenco in Marseille.
Created 27 years ago, the Soleà center is a fascinating place. As soon as you step through the door, you're in Andalusia, in a lively, family-run venue devoted entirely to flamenco and its practice, with excellence as its sole aim. Maria Perez and her daughter Ana teach classes here, and regularly invite international stars for masterclasses. A true place of transmission designed as an experience with the public, workshops and events alternate with vibrant "tablao" sessions. Soleà brings you up close and personal with the tenors of flamenco.
