During the weekend "Hiking of the 3 valleys" organised by the Tourism Office of Digne-les-bains on the weekend of September 30 th and October 1 ^st 2017, the Lame Blade is a very nice walk which allows to discover the strange geology of the Géoparc de Haute-Provence and the small village of Tanaron where there is an astronomical observation site. Magnificent views along the course.

Today surrounded by a beautiful posidonia meadow, the boat Michel C was 39.25 meters long and 5.75 meters wide. In the 1900's, while crossing the harbor of Hyères at night, in a thick fog that made visibility impossible, it was hit by another ship. The Michel C sank in a few minutes, leaving only enough time for 11 of its 12 crew members to jump onto the deck of another ship which managed to reach Toulon. The wreck, which extends over about fifty meters, is accessible to divers with at least Level 2.

Some believe that the ship was sunk by the German army during the Second World War. Others claim that it was wrecked during work at sea. The answer remains uncertain to this day. But the fact is that the wreck of the Cimentier is, after all, one of the few accessible to beginners (Level 1) in scuba diving. With little swell and no current, the site is submerged between 5 and 15 meters of water, offering excellent visibility. A very nice diving site in Porquerolles not to be missed during your vacations.

He decided to transmit his passion for flyboard and flyride (flying personal watercraft) to the general public, with the foundation of the 1st flyboard, hoverboard and jet pack academy in France, open to all, beginners or already initiated. This diving center, specialized in technical diving and deep diving, nitrox, trimix and rebreather, offers exploration dives at all levels and training courses from beginner to instructor. Hardly a year goes by without the Belle-de-Mai district, around La Friche, seeing the arrival of an exciting new address! To be perfectly accurate, we're not actually in La Belle-de-Mai, but a stone's throw away, and at Les Pieds tanqués, a stone's throw counts. Here, in a place that's all about conviviality and meeting new people, lots of young people come for a drink, a bite to eat and a game of cochonnet. Because yes, Pétanque does indeed come from "tanned feet", and its name did indeed derive from this expression when it was created in La Ciotat. Just a stone's throw from the Verdon Regional Nature Park and the Sainte-Croix lake, this observatory has quality equipment accessible to the simple curious as well as to the experienced amateur wishing to make images of the sky in good conditions. The centerpiece of the site is a superb 620 mm diameter telescope (designed by Olivier Planchon, the owner of the site), installed under a dome and equipped as it should be for the observation and the taking of celestial pictures.

Discover the fauna and flora of the Mediterranean. Board the Ar'guevel (an old 11-meter fishing boat) and head for the underwater paradise of Port-Cros National Park. All dives are done according to FFESSM standards. The diving club offers first dives but also, through its training center, level 1, 2 and 3 certifications. You will also be able to practice, under the supervision of the school's instructors, snorkeling or apnea, either for initiations or underwater excursions. Divine.

Here is the first "trampoline park" of the Var! And it is very successful. Interconnected trampolines, basket-dunk, wallrun, foam cubes: a bouncing paradise spread over 500^m2 of indoor play area, 5 activity zones and 25 trampolines accessible to adults and children. The park even has a ski and snowboard area: unusual and crazy! Beware, the activity is more physical than it looks... One thing is sure: you will have a lot of fun whether you go on this crazy trampoline trip with friends or family.

Marseille is the European Sports Capital 2017 and on this occasion some 26 associations affiliated with the hiking federation offer free walks from March 1 to April 2018, and are open to all. They will take place throughout the department of Bouches du Rhône and will be facilitated by professional volunteer guides. More than 80 hikes will be in the programme, but also 3 Nordic steps and a walk on the GR® 42 to discover the Camargue.

The Solari family has designed this magnificent 12 m hybrid boat to help you discover the Calanques in peace and quiet. Traditional cruises are offered all year round, with a special feature in summer: the apéro-baignade. In the calm at the end of the day, swim in the clear blue waters, then share a drink offered by the crew in a convivial atmosphere. The trip lasts two hours before returning to port. Another beautiful mountain observatory, located at 1 600 m of altitude. It is easily accessible by car (when there is no snow), to park at the station. The observatory is located on the hill just above, about a hundred meters on foot. Public observing evenings are usually scheduled two nights a month, often during the first quarter moon. In summer, these evenings can be more numerous and preceded by conferences.

The Louis GO water sports base is located in an exceptional and particularly protected setting, in the middle of the steep cliffs of the Roquebrune rock. This municipal water sports base for canoeing and paddle boarding is supervised by state instructors, a real plus. Different formulas for renting canoes and kayaks and paddle boards are available, but it is advisable to book 3 or 4 days in advance. The only requirement for this type of activity is that you know how to swim! A shaded picnic area is at your disposal.

In a small group of 6 people maximum on the boat, take the helm of a fast catamaran and spend an unforgettable moment in the heart of the Golden Islands archipelago! On the program, discover sailing and anchoring in the most beautiful bays of the national park, to discover the aquatic fauna and flora. In the evening, as the bay regains its calm, bathed in the light at the end of the day, drop anchor for an aperitif offered by the skipper.
