The Toulourenc is the most important river fed by the Mont Ventoux after the resurgence of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. It rises at the foot of the Château d'Aulan, near Montbrun-les-Bains and flows for 30 km in a narrow valley with deep and wild gorges. Water depths vary from a few centimetres to more than two metres depending on the time of year! To be avoided in periods of rain and snowmelt... But it is a small paradise in summer.

There is a swimming pool located at the end of the complex de la Laune, next to the football fields and the campsite. As soon as the showers are over, there are two heated pools: one covered and one outside. The outdoor pool is only open in summer. Many grassy and well-shaded areas, ideal for relaxing, await the swimmers. It is possible to eat on the spot with a wide choice of drinks and delicacies. During a 30-minute sea walk around the nearby Cap Nègre, discover the seabed of the islands preserved by the coastal conservatory and the Natura 2000 classified area, with simple comments on marine bio-diversity that can be understood by young and old alike. The boat, an Aquascope A8 - designed by the architect Jacques Rougerie - is unique, half submarine and half boat, with a capacity of 10 people which makes the experience really intimate, all in perfect safety.

At the departure of the Vieux Port, Balade en Voilier proposes to discover the Marseille harbour, the Goudes, the lighthouse of Planier, Friuli, Niolon and the coves aboard a 9,50 m 1962 mahogany sailboat. Departures usually occur around 10 h and returns around 19 h. And good news, we sail almost all year round, summer and winter, if Mistral doesn't get involved. If you have a longer plan, a weekend or a week, you will travel to Porquerolles or the Lerins Islands.

The Carry-le-Rouet nautical base organizes many activities, including climbing in the creeks of the Côte Bleue and Cassis, but above all rental and hiking in stand up paddle and sea kayaks. Created in 1993 by Daniel Duflot, Montagne et Rivière is a small base where a team of state-qualified river guides offers a wide range of activities: rafting in the Upper and Middle Verdon, canyoning, hydrospeed, white water swimming, canoeing, aqua-trekking in the Verdon canyon, adventure courses, mountain biking...
