The Eco Plongée team offers beginners or experienced divers the opportunity to discover the very preserved seabed of the Hyères Islands and the Port-Cros National Park. Diving activities but also snorkeling for the whole family. Confirmed divers can explore the numerous wrecks that lie between Hyères and Cavalaire. For the less experienced, there's nothing like a baptism in the Port-Cros National Park! Since 2019, this centre, committed to protecting the environment and biodiversity, has been equipped with hybrid boats.

All types of scuba diving, initiation, development, exploration are offered, with the supervision of graduate instructors.

Located at the tip of the rocky spur of the Argentière beach, this pleasant course of seven numbered buoys, equipped with handrails and underwater panels, allows a surface aquatic walk to discover the fauna and flora of the coastal shallows. A family activity since all you need is to know how to swim, use flippers, a mask and a snorkel. The area is totally protected and secure so no risk!

Created in 1895 by British aristocrats, the Valescure golf course is the oldest in the Var. With a length of 5,019 meters, its design has the particularity of offering several relatively short holes, which can make it seem easy to negotiate. The impression is deceptive because the narrowness of the fairways, the difficult rough, the numerous water obstacles and the rather small greens are all elements that require constant reflection.

Open since 1989, this very technical 18-hole course of 5,585 meters, chiseled in the middle of umbrella pines by Robert Trent Jones Senior, at the foot of the Esterel massif, benefits from beautiful water features, including the remarkable hole n° 6, the Lac des Dames, but also from doglegs, bunkers and contorted greens. A comfort of play that leaves no golfer indifferent. Training courses are also offered to give you personalized advice and help you progress in all aspects. A stop at the restaurant is a must after your round of golf.

This circuit has been designed, down to the last detail, on an 800-metre track that is homologated in both directions of rotation, and is fully equipped, with stands, workshop, bar, snack bar, terrace..., and is aimed at all go-kart enthusiasts. The machine park is suitable for all ages. Numerous competitions and karting races are organized throughout the year, mini grand prix, grand prix, endurance, initiation courses, birthday formula... A panoramic terrace allows you to contemplate the whole track and follow the evolution of the karts.

From the beginner to the experienced rider, go for rides and horseback riding through the Massif des Maures, with or without a guide, or for relaxing, sporty or discovery rides made to measure, accompanied by an equestrian guide. For those who want to improve their skills, whether in dressage, jumping or cross-country, lessons with qualified and certified staff are available. Possibility of lunch. If you feel like having a thrill and getting a bird's eye view of the region, there is nothing like a parachute jump! The Sanary Parachute team is waiting for you on the port, to take you aboard its 10-seater boat. Comfortably installed in a harness, you will take off and discover the bay of Sanary for 10 minutes, at a height of 150 meters, then land on the boat platform. This parasailing flight is accessible to all and requires no special skills.

Since 1994, this club welcomes individuals and groups for first dives as well as for dives and underwater explorations in order to observe the fauna and flora of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Bay of Saint-Raphaël. The sites listed range from Rubis to Cap Camarat, opposite Ramatuelle, to the barges of Anthéor, near Agay. Day trips are possible on Port-Cros, to dive on wrecks and the Gabinière reserve.

This 18-hole, 6,045-metre golf course, designed by Gary Player and his collaborators, is extremely varied and offers breathtaking views of the four villages on the peninsula: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez. At hole 13, you can enjoy the view of the port of Saint-Tropez and its famous bell tower. The facilities, club house, boutique-proshop, bar, restaurant, real estate agency, are completed by a compact 9-hole course, a driving range and an academy. The restaurant, with its terraces on the green, offers a simple and short menu.

The club ensures initiation and development in sailing schools and organizes numerous regional, national and international regattas.

This 18-hole golf course, whose n°1 has been completely redone, benefits from an ideal location. Pierre, who has been welcoming you to this magnificent bay of Pampelonne for many years, invites you to indulge in the joys of gliding and jet-skiing in all its forms, with water-skiing, jet-skiing and parasailing over the bay -You can also go jet-skiing and take a ride on a parasail to fly over the bay of Pampelonne. The Barbaroux golf course - 18 holes, 6,068 meters par 72 - located in the communes of Brignoles and Flassans, was designed by famous American golf course architects, Pete Dye and PB Dye, in a natural environment of vineyards and pine trees. It is notably embellished with six vast stretches of water. Ranked in the top 50 European courses by the famous magazine Golf World, it benefits from the presence of a Mercure hotel with top-of-the-range services, a spa conducive to relaxation, and a brasserie that welcomes you for lunch and dinner.

This 18-hole, 6,169-metre golf course, set in a natural, wild setting along the Endre River and overlooked by the imposing Roquebrune Rock, is one of the most beautiful in the region. Each fairway has its own personality, but the most impressive is hole 13, set on a green surrounded by water. For the day, you will sail along the Maures massif and its different bays. Since 1988, the club offers 3 main activities to discover the underwater environment: snorkeling, the first dive and the discovery pack, as well as various training courses to improve your level. The center includes two classrooms, a space to store the equipment, another for individual divers and also a store. The sites visited by experienced divers are those of the Lion de Mer, the Golden Island, the Antheor barges and the Rubis submarine.

This organisation offers to practice a sporting hauturiere, manager and sustainable fishing in the Mediterranean sea just off the coast of the VAr, Provence Côte d'azur, mainly based on the tracking at sea with sports drag of large fish: bluefin tuna, marlin, swordfish and long bluefin tuna. All the bluefin tuna plugs except mesh are given to water.
