This is a surfboard equipped with a foil, which allows it to rise above the water, propelled by a small electric motor. Thrills are guaranteed with this new activity on the Côte d'Azur.

Since 2015, Michael has been offering naturalist-oriented outings to observe the marine environment - mammals and birds in particular. On board his large RIB, you are finally in a small group (12 people at most)! The outing, Encounter with the Cetaceans, takes you to the dolphin and whale populations, which can be observed regularly between May and October. If you prefer to discover the coastline, opt for the "Escapade" trip, which includes a visit to the Embiez archipelago, Bendor, Ile Rousse, the Calanques d'Alon...

The Théâtre des Ateliers d'Aix-en-Provence, under the direction of its founder Alain Simon, director, actor and theatre author, is not content with creating and disseminating theatrical works, it is dedicated to training. Awarded the title of "Best Sports School, Sports Development Prize" in 2019 by the FFVoile, the Toulon Yacht Club is, all year round, an economical solution for nautical activities for children and adults. Kayak, paddle, catamaran, windsurfing, wind-foil: a very good plan to improve via the school, or to have fun in renting or through supervised outings (why not at sunset?). Its location is perfect, with the large Mourillon parking lot right next to it.

Overlooking the village of Les Mées in a spectacular way, the Penitents are a natural and geological curiosity that one comes to admire from afar. These rounded and elongated rocks of imposing size were formed by the erosion of a natural material called pudding. Discover golf in a playful way thanks to ultra-modern facilities and a course designed in synthetic turf, for both beginners and initiates (1h15-1h30 of playing time). At your disposal in this golf course accessible to all: practice area and driving range, 9-hole pitch and putt course, golf lessons for all ages and all levels. Situated on a 7-hectare estate in the middle of the forest, this domain is a paradise for horses and riders, whether you are a beginner, an amateur or an initiated rider. On the program, lessons on adapted and trained cavalry, horse rides and hikes for all levels to discover Saint-Paul-en-Forêt and its surroundings, as well as pony rides accessible from 2 years old, and baby pony lessons from 4 years old. The setting is great and the reception is friendly.

Cassis Forest is an accrobranche park located near the center of Cassis. It comprises 7 courses and over 160 workshops. The baby course is suitable for children over 2 years of age. For children over 1.05 m, there are two courses that can be completed in 2h30 maximum. There are also two courses for people over 1.30 m and two for people over 1.50 m. The Cassis Forest team will welcome and assist you throughout the activity. You will be equipped with a harness, lanyard and pulley.

Here is a superb course carved in the middle of the Alpilles, 10 minutes from Saint-Rémy and Les Baux-de-Provence. Golfers of all levels will find here an idyllic environment with top-of-the-range equipment. The course comprises 18 holes over 6,100 m, with a 30-station driving range, 4 of which are covered and 20 on grass, a putting-green, a pitching-green, and a practice bunker. The Servanes Golf Club also offers introductory and advanced courses. A restaurant and club-house service is also available.

After a few dark years, it seems that the Marius Cabassud swimming pool has taken a new start, since a few years. From now on, shorts and pareos are no longer allowed. It is a summer swimming pool with a heated pool of 12.5 x 25 m, a small pool of 10 x 12.5 m and a paddling pool. The pools are surrounded by green areas, as well as picnic areas and a refreshment stand. Sports activities are organised free of charge every afternoon of the week for young people: table tennis, mini-football, volleyball...

To make discover the Camargue and its surroundings in horse-drawn carriages, but also to perpetuate the tradition of horse-drawn carriages, such are the goals of the association Les Attelages en pays d'Arles, created in 1991. These enthusiasts have an impressive collection of carriages from all eras, from the most recent carts to the ancient Roman chariots. They maintain and pamper them to produce them for parades, weddings, rides, shows...

The lake of Castillon is 8 kilometers long and covers 500 hectares, set between the mountains. Under a blue sky (most of the time) the setting is splendid. A great number of nautical activities are practiced such as kayak, catamaran, water skiing, towed buoy... Night trips are also organized in canoe for the adventurous. Irresistible, with turquoise water, some beaches are equipped and supervised for the pleasure of young and old. Don't hesitate to explore the wild shores and to stop in some of the exotic creeks.

Are you a thrill seeker? Here is a kind of small paradise for nature lovers and more particularly for white water sports enthusiasts. The base located directly on the Ubaye river (direct departure for 30 rapids) guarantees you fresh sensations. Its team of mountain professionals invites you to practice aquarando, canyoning, via ferrata and an incredible number of other particularly fun outdoor sports such as hydrospeed or hot-dogging. What a great way to spend an unforgettable moment!

The Haute Ubaye offers particularly favourable sites to satisfy experienced climbers as well as hikers or anglers. Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, well situated, is a convenient starting point for these sports and nature activities. Hikers can take the GR56, which joins the GR5 in Fouillouse, another typical commune of Haute Ubaye. This site can also be reached by car, from the extraordinary Châtelet bridge, with its single arch between the sides of the mountain.

Fouillouse is a very popular starting point for mountaineers, as it serves the Maurin valley towards the sources of the Ubaye, the Brec de Chambeyron - 3,389 m -, the Pointe d'Aval - 3,320 m - or the tête de la Courbe - 3,088 m -, via the Col de Mirandol. From the Châtelet bridge, the climb continues to the hamlet of Maljasset (which can be reached by the GR6) and which marks, for all mountaineers, the starting point of many other mountain routes.

The simple hikers are also spoiled: many lakes (lake of Marinet), beautiful points of view, all the wild magic of Ubaye are here sumptuously offered.

Many establishments are present in the area to advise you if the need arises. Bivouac lovers will not be left out either, because in Ubaye, it is possible to pitch your tent wherever you want (for the night), as long as you respect this beautiful natural heritage.

To get started and perfect for ice driving in winter or to drive kart and quad, here is the rendezvous of all lovers of fine mechanics. Do not miss the winter round on January 14 and 15 to slip into older sports cars.

L'Ubaye Parapente is the driving force behind the development of paragliding in the valley. The school, which holds the Ecole française de Vol libre label and is approved by the French Ministry of Youth and Sports, was founded in 1986 by Matthieu de Quillacq, who has over 30 years' experience to his credit. In complete safety, accompanied by experienced and passionate professional instructors, take to the skies to admire the world from above. The helicopter + paragliding experience offers a personalized appointment, a package unique in the world, for even more memories of Ubaye.

As far as cross-country skiing is concerned, the Val d'Allos has a very popular Nordic area with 12 km of groomed and marked trails divided into two routes located at the foot of the village and the resort. Skiers must pay the compulsory fees at the Val d'Allos 1 400 - Allos ski lift ticket office, near the cross-country ski "info point". Walking and snowshoeing are forbidden on these trails, but marked routes reserved for walking and snowshoeing are available free of charge.

Fishing is a very popular activity in the region, as the amateur can exercise his passion in lively waters and/or in altitude lake. In the Verdon and its tributaries, fishing is practised in the middle of the rocks, in a very tormented universe without this disturbing the big trout living there. The lakes of elevation are of unimaginable richness, fishing mainly for farios trout, and other varieties of fish such as brook salmon, roach or Arctic char, a very fine, rare and difficult fish to catch.

For the less experienced, 1 km from the village in Colomars, the trout tease into a private lake, fed with spring water. On-site, a picnic area will allow you to toast your fishing directly from the day. Equipment provided: information (tel) 06 50 29 79 00.

The ESF at Le Seignus has existed since 1973 and has the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. Its team of 18 permanent instructors increases to 45 during the vacations to satisfy the growing demand and to participate in the development of the resort. The group or individual lessons are well adapted to the level of practice of the students and according to the vacation periods. The ESF also offers off-piste skiing and a Nordic ski school for children aged 8 and up. For people with reduced mobility, the ESF offers sessions sitting on a ski chair, guided by an instructor.

Madeline's equestrian center, a certified riding instructor, offers year-round horseback riding lessons for beginners or experienced riders, from two years old in baby pony. Madeline also offers "pony discoveries" where you go alone with your horse in the riding center, rides, discovery of the village in a carriage, carriage driving lessons, work on foot. Located along the Verdon river at the entrance of the village of Allos on 2 ha in a natural setting, you can enjoy a pleasant moment with your family or friends.

This is a real tennis training center with accommodation. For the past ten years, players have been arriving from all over the world to take part in tennis training courses supervised by state-certified instructors. Adults, teenagers, seniors and children aged 4 to 7 can all benefit from lessons adapted to their level of play. Our instructors are on hand to help you improve your game.

Val d'Allophones 1 800-La Foux has a certified shooting centre for Youth and Sports. Under the guidance of Raphaël Guiny, a state-run instructor, everyone can try to become Robin Hood, the time of a traineeship or for a few hours of training.

With Seol'âne you will discover the pleasure of walking with our friends the donkeys. For half a day, or more depending on the activity chosen, they will be your faithful companions for walking, napping and daydreaming. Emilie proposes various original formulas between which you will be able to choose: night in a tent, in a hut, personalized "ane-imations", asine mediation, meeting with public carrying handicap... The donkeys are on every trip and carry the luggage! In project for the next walks: discovery of the hamlet of Chasse in Villars-Colmar.

Established in 1988 in the commune of Pierrevert, in a valley at an altitude of 380 metres, 5 kilometres from Manosque, the Pierrevert golf course offers a superb eighteen-hole course in the heart of the Luberon regional park. Its layout is steep and requires, for some holes, a great deal of precision in the execution of the game, and a lot of skill to overcome certain obstacles. Passionate since her childhood, Fabienne, a state-qualified instructor and manager of the family ranch since 1999, offers courses, rides of several days, strolls of a few hours, training courses or boarding for the horses. Mini Ranch is for all ages and all publics. Amateurs and professionals meet there, breaking in and coaching in competition. Some riders come to pass their "gallops". The most : discovery days for children, organization of birthdays with pony animation, rides around the lake...

Take a free donkey ride and discover the landscapes, flora and fauna of Mont Ventoux, a unique experience for the whole family. The donkey sets the pace for the hike, and you'll soon discover that its presence opens doors and loosens tongues in the hamlets you pass through. Contrary to its reputation, this animal is intelligent, endearing, clever and cuddly. Your donkey will carry your luggage (30 kg to 40 kg) or one of your children (under the responsibility of an adult). At the start of the tour, you'll be given all the advice you need.

The Wine Cellar of the Vignerons du Mont Ventoux (VMV) refined a real relaxing moment inviting the amateurs to wander in the vineyards on the wheel of a buggy, followed by a tasting process commented on in the cellar. The opportunity to discover the particularities of AOC Côtes du Ventoux, aromas and agreements and wines; a playful way to meet the wine that best suits you.

In this store where creation is king, Olivia Tregaut offers us a realistic, sometimes whimsical interpretation of the animal world. Her technique uses cracked clay, a delicate work that borders on the breaking. Olivia also presents original works in bronze, magnificent unique pieces. At her side, her companion Denis Bouniard exhibits his beautiful enamelled stoneware ceramics. A beautiful address, completed with an excellent welcome and an inspiring passion.

It is an open-air pool with three pools and a large diving board to relax and refresh at the height of the summer heat.

The Ouvèze crossing Vaison and its tributary Le are classified as the first class of water in the upstream Roman bridge.
