Les Compagnons des Côtes du Rhône: a popular festival to mark the opening of the grape harvest, organized by the Compagnons des Côtes du Rhône. There's plenty of entertainment for young and old alike, with a parade of Confréries, a harvest mass, harvesting of the Popes' vineyard planted at Rochers des Doms, Côtes du Rhône tastings, and the sale of a wide range of local produce in conjunction with Les Halles d'Avignon. This traditional and popular holiday is animated by Lei Farandoulaire Sestian. Start of the festivities with the flame recovery, at 20 p. m., place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville.
