A small commune long abandoned to its fate in the heart of the Lanvaux moors, it is part of this vast territory which, from 1986 onwards, became the object of excavations for archaeologists. It also has some beautiful remains, and this small village, well anchored in its clearing, is not lacking in charm. Numerous waymarked paths invite you to take country walks, hiding the savagery of its past: in 1795, the refractory rector was massacred there by the republicans. The owner of the castle established a forge in 1840 in Trédion for metal work.
