Riantec, bordered by the small sea of Gâvres, owes its name to the river Riant which crosses it. At low tide, the island of Kerner quickly becomes a paradise for fishermen on foot. It is thus in vast mudflats that one finds a multitude of clams and cockles. At high tide, on the other hand, the small sea becomes an ideal stretch of water for windsurfing, dinghy sailing, fishing and walking in complete peace and quiet. On the land side, there are various chapels and fountains such as the fountain of the Trinity, built not far from the chapel that bears the same name. To see: a dolmen of the Neolithic period, in the village of Kervent.
