Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. It's possible to taste them all, thanks to the fact that the wines are kept in an oenomatic cellar, which allows the bottles to be kept open under nitrogen. The formula is simple: simply obtain a tasting card from reception, credit it with the amount of your choice, and make your selection from the wines available.

Bon accueil de la personne. Pour déguster il faut prendre une carte, avec un crédit avec une certaine somme dessus. 5€/10€...etc... A partir de là vous pouvez déguster. Le prix de la dégustation est en fonction du vin choisis et de sa valeur. Avec 5€, on a pu goûter 4 vins. L'avantage est de retrouver plusieurs vins de différent propriétaires, au prix de la cave.

Le concept est super sympa mais un peu déçue du manque d'informations sur les vins, on est pas accompagné et je trouve ça dommage. On a été dans une autre cave où on a été très bien accompagné du coup... On est repartie avec 8 bouteilles.
