The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. It's possible to taste them all, thanks to the fact that the wines are kept in an oenomatic cellar, which allows the bottles to be kept open under nitrogen. The formula is simple: simply obtain a tasting card from reception, credit it with the amount of your choice, and make your selection from the wines available.
