Mount Ozren/Озрен (pronounced "ozrene") or Sarajevski Ozren/Сарајевски Озрен dominates Sarajevo to the northeast and is part of Sarajevo municipality. It is about 6 km northeast Nahorevo (the last portion is closed to cars). No bus connection.This mountain range is home to the famous Skakavac waterfall and is a popular place for walks by Sarajevans. It consists of a small range stretching from the Nahorevo hills to Mount Bukovik (1,534 m) and a plateau dominated by Mount Crepoljsko (1,530 m). It is covered with pine and mixed forests and is criss-crossed by numerous hiking trails.
