Another long, shallow sandy beach! Agios Gordios is a seaside resort on the west coast of the island, in the south. On the busiest part of the beach (about 600 meters), you can either choose to relax, with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, or move around a bit more. There are boat, canoe and pedal boat rental companies here that allow for some offshore exploration. And finally, for the really active, there is also a diving center and water sports. Nearby, you can walk and stroll through the old mountain villages of Sinarades and Kato Garouna. There are easy connections to the capital, Corfu City.
