The island of Thilamaafushi traces a line almost 800 meters long in the immense and splendid southern lagoon of the atoll of Lhaviyani. The place is famous for the passage of manta rays and turtles. The island saw the installation of Le Méridien in September 2021. The architects managed to keep significant portions of vegetation intact during the construction of the resort. The result is a pleasant feel that somewhat erases the resort's brand new look.
