The island, measuring 200 x 500 metres, was opened to tourists in 1998. Surrounded by an idyllic beach, it is extended at one end by a majestic tongue of sand. Unfortunately, the lagoon is surrounded by dykes that are not very aesthetic, but are essential to fight against erosion. The island is nevertheless very successful thanks to a very beautiful and quiet setting, reserved exclusively for adults. The resort belongs to the Crown & Champa Resorts hotel group, as do its neighbours Hurawalhi and Kuredu. A luxury version of the group's expertise, the island is home to stilt villas and numerous villas on its kilometre-long beach. Thus, all residents enjoy direct access to the sea and a breathtaking view of the lagoon. The days are punctuated by a nice choice of activities, most of which take place on or under the water. The island has two restaurants and two bars, as well as a magnificent infinity pool. The island is mainly for couples looking for privacy and absolute relaxation.
