Green Island, between Lucea and Negril, a few steps from Orange Bay, was in colonial times close to the neighboring sugar plantations. It had a flourishing activity, but today the small town has little interest except for the beautiful beaches and coves that line its shores. Here you can find what Negril lacks: a wild nature with a few micro beaches lined with mangrove and white sand. A small Eden well known by the locals who come to lunch on a floating restaurant for pirates on vacation. Cab companies and tours organize it at 15 US$ per person round trip from Negril
