More than 100 rivers flow through the river plateau, making Piedras Blancas dotted with multiple waterfalls. The portion of tropical rainforest of the plain is the preferred habitat of the jaguar. Still it is necessary to be able to reach it... We advise you not to enter the park without a guide. Some days, the guides do not even leave because you will have to cross streams and, in rainy weather, it is sometimes impossible to do so.
