This valley is ideal for a multi-day hike. The trail is very wide and allows the passage of horse carts that transport hikers to the more distant trails. At the beginning, it runs along a stream, the Kościeliski Potok, which separates the forest from a vast meadow populated by herds. Further on, one passes several caves, the entrance to which is subject to a fee. The most popular are Jaskinia Zimna and Jaskinia Mroźna, the chambers are decorated with stalactites and stalagmites. The trail leads to a large valley from where a beautiful view of the mountains bordering Slovakia opens up. The hike is 6 km long and has an altitude difference of 180 m.
