Located at the eastern end of Prince Edward Island National Park, Dalvay by the Sea is home to one thing: an upscale establishment of great renown, the Dalvay by the Sea, a Federal Heritage Building and National Historic Site. It has been featured in various Anne of Green Gables films, among others. William and Kate also passed through here during their royal visit to the country in 2011. Even if you can't afford to stay there, a visit is a must, if only to discover this beautiful place and have a drink at its restaurant. A few steps away is the beautiful Dalvay Beach.
