Located only 7 kilometers southeast of Cavendish on the Gulf coast, the village of North Rustico is well known for its must-try lobster restaurant, Fisherman's Wharf Lobster Suppers. North Rustico is also a great place to go fishing for cod or mackerel (several charter companies, here as in Covehead Harbour), or to enjoy the water and the national park located just a few steps away. We also recommend a short trip to North Rustico Harbour, a picturesque area very representative of the island's fishing villages.
