Ninon Doudin is a pastry chef who brings youth, freshness and originality to her creations. Trained as a scientist, she chose to focus on her passion for desserts. She prepares everything herself in the address's historic lab, using only the finest ingredients: AOP butter from Poitou, local eggs, flour from Vitteaux, local organic fruit... Her preparations evolve according to the weeks, her desires and her imagination. Don't miss her themed creations for Easter or Christmas!
