Accessible only to groups of 10 or more, these tours cover, in order, every stage in the making of Semur-en-Auxois' famous cookies. From the kneading of the future cookies to the packaging of each one, you'll become an expert in this emblematic regional know-how in just one hour! After the visit, those with a sweet tooth can also take part in a tasting of the cookies prepared on site. If you wish, you can accompany them with a beer from the Flavigny-sur-Ozerain brewery.
