An abundance of real estate projects. Social landlords launched their projects in 2017. Grand Dijon Habitat has launched the Rosa Park program, with 84 low-income housing units. It is also building the Rives du Canal residence with 32 affordable and 32 low-income housing units. Finally, Belles Houses brings together 136 homes, including 50 single-family homes built by developers Sopirim and Voisin Immobilier using wood-frame construction. The first units were delivered at the end of 2023.

A tower like no other. Called NTEA, Nouvelle Tour Arsenal, the 17-storey residential tower designed by Elithis is resolutely modern, with a social hub on the top floor, Le Diamant, featuring a garden, a deck and 2 living-room areas accessible to residents. The building will be energy-positive, with a living area of 3,860 m² and a height of 60 metres.

The Fontaine d'Ouche district is undergoing a major transformation. ÉCOQUARTIER HYACINTHE-VINCENT

Matisse in Chenôve's Mail district: rehabilitation in a district of national interest, part of Dijon metropole's New Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU). Habellis' project was based on the master plan and major development guidelines for the district: requalification and residentialization of the built heritage, diversification of the housing offer and requalification of public spaces. Conducted in consultation with Habellis, the town of Chenôve and all project partners, the project involves the renovation of 40 housing units (T1 to T5), the demolition of 30 units and the landscaping of the newly created spaces. With the aim of de-densifying the neighborhood and making it more attractive, the project involves creating two breakthroughs on three entrances (7 entrances in all) that make up the Matisse building on rue Françoise Dolto. The deconstruction of certain entrances will provide more breathing space and visual perspective in the urban fabric. This massive, linear aspect will be mitigated by freeing up a central space to create green areas conducive to biodiversity and to restore connections between the various spaces that make up the neighborhood. These far-reaching changes will not only enhance the quality of life and comfort of our customers, but also renew the image of the residence to maintain the appeal of the park. This 1,500 m² former military hall, in the heart of the Heudelet district, has just been renovated into offices, workshops and rehearsal spaces for a theater company and artists' studios, notably for students from Ensa, the Ecole nationale supérieure des arts.

Nearby Halle 12 is being refurbished by Kaufman & Broad to create a residence of around 30 new housing units, with an innovative architecture given the character of the building.

EDF RENOUVELABLES - CENTRALE SOLAIRE DE DIJON

Tothe north of Dijon Métropole, in the Valmy district, the local authority and EDF Renouvelables have transformed a landfill site into a photovoltaic power plant. The 15.6-hectare site has undergone a veritable conversion. The waste, mainly rubble and construction site residues, reached the capacity of the site, which has been gradually closed since 2018. Studies have enabled us to define the contours of a photovoltaic power plant project aimed at rehabilitating the site and giving it a new function, as part of the energy transition desired locally. The new plant will produce around 18,000 MWh/year, enough to meet the electricity needs of around 8,000 inhabitants, or 5% of the local population. The plant will supply electricity for the next 30 years. Inaugurated in November 2021, it has kept local businesses busy for several months. In addition to being an energy asset for the region, the new photovoltaic power plant will generate new tax revenues for both the Côte-d'Or department and Dijon Métropole, as well as creating new skilled jobs to ensure the plant's ongoing operation and maintenance.

In Lux, a few kilometers north of Dijon Métropole, on the Langres plateau, EDF has just invested six million euros to create a second power plant in the Côte-d'Or. Inaugurated in September 2022, it has been producing energy since March 2022, thanks to 22,700 two-sided solar panels spread over 8.2 hectares. The photovoltaic plant generates 8.5 megawatts peak (MWp) of power, equivalent to the energy consumption of 2,000 households. The panels are 95% renewable and can still retain 80% of their initial power even after 25 years of use. The photovoltaic farm project, which in no way disrupts the local landscape, has benefited from the support of the local population, notably through participatory financing.
