Ovelia, part of the Vinci group, is opening a seniors' residence on the former site of the Sainte-Marthe clinic. The Courtille-Sainte Marthe residence includes 95 furnished, equipped units, from studios to T3, for autonomous or semi-autonomous seniors. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the residence offers a range of included services, starting with a concierge service with staff present 7 days a week, as well as access to the indoor balneo area, the computer area, the media library or the fitness room, as well as to the activities that will be held every day. In the residence, Ovelia provides residents with a restaurant, à la carte, half-board or full-board, a hairdressing salon, a laundry, a cleaning service and a transportation service.
